We come here about two times a year for special occasions. The food is delicious and the staff is attentive. We had a wonderful night celebrating together and Melting Pot was the perfect place to do it.
We had an awesome experience here for our anniversary! Our server, Suong, was incredible! Attentive, kind, and very personable. They even surprised us with an anniversary plate with our dessert! We will definitely be back!

The service was great but the preparation of proteins was messy making some of the cuts chewy with short cooking times.
Paige was a wonderful and attentive server!! food was amazing as always! was super surprised with the double dippers (desert and entree) and how good that was as well.
We had a pleasant experience. Server was very personable and attentive. Only issue was that it was warm inside because AC wasn't working. Food was great. Wine menu affordable. Would return
Celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary the food, service and staff were all above our expectations.
We love fondue, however we always go for the ambiance also. I chose the Melting Pot for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed. Our waitress was excellent and we never felt rushed by her. She took care of all the little extras including offering to pack up our dessert when she heard us saying we just couldn't eat anymore.
Latisha is the best server ever! She is so much fun and made sure everything was great for us!

We used to frequent Melting Pot in NN, but it had been a while. Service was quite terrible, and although it was Mothers Day - they weren't really, really busy. We saw the waiter for the table across from us much more than we saw our own waiter and not because they asked for him to keep coming back - he was actually just attentive. The server didn't come check on us once the cheese was done and he didn't even make sure it was finished melting, so we had large clumps of Gruyère and way to much wine in the cheese. There was so much wine, it tasted like white wine with a tinge of cheese. The desert was very subpar aswell. It looked as if he had brought us a leftover chocolate fondue that someone accidentally ordered and they put back.
We celebrated Mother's Day at The Melting Pot today and had a wonderful experience. Our waiter (Jeffrey) was fantastic. He ensured we had plenty of water and accommodated my gluten-free needs. The food was delicious! I ordered a rose and chocolate-covered strawberries for my mother to celebrate the day, and they were waiting for her when we arrived at the table. My only complaint is that the table behind us had kids who were being obnoxiously loud. That isn't the restaurant's fault, but it is a noisy atmosphere, and the behavior of the children behind us didn't help. Despite the loud kids, we are looking forward to going again soon!
It was a fun experience but you're paying a lot to cook some of your own meal (the entrees) on a hot plate on your table.
The spinach and artichoke cheese fondue was delicious but some might think too garlicky. Also they're were a few pieces of small, inedible and fibrous artichoke pieces that was not pleasant. My daughter really enjoyed the tender steak and ahi tuna. Lots of dipping sauces served with the entree too.
They have a couple of dinner deals that are a great value (for example, a full course meal for 2 for $10) if you're going to eat each course (cheese fondue, salad, entree, and chocolate fondue). They had several varieties to choose from for each course. We chose from the ala carte menu since we only wanted specific things.
(You can also create your entree from the available choices)
We went during the week so there was no wait but I'm sure they are very busy on the weekends so you might want to make a reservation for those nights.
The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. I'm glad we got to try their unique experience but will most likely save future visits for special occasions.
Oh, they also offer chocolate dipped strawberries but you need to request them 24 hours in advance.
Great place for a date or family time! We spent our first anniversary there and shared with our parents. Such a great place to enjoy!
Very nice server however it took us 2 hours and 45 minutes to get through lunch. Food was good but I don't know if they were understaffed or what but it just took way too long.
