We had a pleasant experience. Server was very personable and attentive. Only issue was that it was warm inside because AC wasn't working. Food was great. Wine menu affordable. Would return
We love fondue, however we always go for the ambiance also. I chose the Melting Pot for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed. Our waitress was excellent and we never felt rushed by her. She took care of all the little extras including offering to pack up our dessert when she heard us saying we just couldn't eat anymore.
We celebrated Mother's Day at The Melting Pot today and had a wonderful experience. Our waiter (Jeffrey) was fantastic. He ensured we had plenty of water and accommodated my gluten-free needs. The food was delicious! I ordered a rose and chocolate-covered strawberries for my mother to celebrate the day, and they were waiting for her when we arrived at the table. My only complaint is that the table behind us had kids who were being obnoxiously loud. That isn't the restaurant's...
