Got a steam bag and it was amazing also the fried kids shrimp was perfect I was shocked this place is really good we will be back

Came in yesterday with my family because we were invited to a large get together. Our waiter Antonio was very patient considering there was about 20 of us . Seems they were short staffed so we all understood, towards the end it seemed like our server was upset and we asked if he was ok and he stated he was just fine.. we noticed it looked like another guy there was yelling and antagonizing him. Experience would have been great is the other man wasn’t yelling at our waiter. But despite all of it Antonio did amazing and the food was omg so good. Will be back soon - Rex

As my friend and I came in to receive to-go drinks at the bar, we were met with poor service and a wait-time of 15+ mins just to obtain two drinks. Our server Amanda was not busy but just very unwelcoming and overall inattentive.

The worst customer service of my life both in person and on the phone the rudest unfriendly managers ever. They said the owner would call me and he never did.They scam you of your money after you pay, they will charge you over and over for months to come and tell you to get your bank to refund money VERY

This place was terrible!!i went with my day program and someone with us a girl was ordering food not me we had to order it in the restaurant after using the app!!and it didn't even go through!!on top of that the waiters were rude to the girl in our day group who has a disability the waitress said one lady was in training foreign i geuss so major lack of communication there so 20 minutes to get food for her im glad i wasn't a paying customer!!i will not do business here!!people wanting 20 dollars an hour for a 5 dollar work ethnic no thanks!!

We were the first ones in the restaurant on a Saturday….Music was way too loud… did not offer to turn it down. Had my 86 year old mom with us. And we were celebrating 2 birthdays….We got up and left. Told the guy at the door about the sound level. He said OK.

We came last year for our birthdays and not an issue. But I am thinking new manager possibly. So we will go to Hampton.

Waited to get sevice sit at the table for 25 mins and no one even came to ask me if I wanted a glass of water. I them said wow let me just leave. While walking out I had to say something. Told the young lady I been waiting at the table for 25mins and no one even came to take my order or ask for a glass of water. While expressing how I feel a young man then comes out hey I can take your order. I'm like naw Im good because where was you 20mins ago. But you don't have to answer that question. I see where you was at. Sitting on your butt doing nothing. No need of leaving any kind of star cause this establishment sucks and was a waste of my time. Chick fil a service is better then what I just now experience.

Food was good but order was wrong. I think our server was Chris. Could be wrong on the name. First, we ordered drinks. They ran out of ice. We ordered a family meal seafood boil in garlic butter. We received it in Cajun sauce. Our entree showed up before the appetizer. The appetizer and my daughter’s kids meal showed up about 20-30 after our entree to which the server told us “I’m not back there cooking.” No apology or nothing. My daughter wanted ranch with her wings kids meal and we waited so long for it, I had to go to the bar and ask for it. I can’t comment on the wings because we ended up sending it back but the seafood boil was good. I recommend getting takeout.

What a great place for a flavorful, cooked right, seafood boil. My bag cane out great, I had the garlic butter sauce and it was amazing. I believe it was called the T6, lobster tail (slightly over cooked), scallops, shrimp and muscles. Eating companions had other bags and they were great too. Five of us dined, four different bags and one shrimp plate, a couple of alcohol drinks all came to just over $200, which was less than expected. Only complaint, being on the patio, the lights didn't come on until way late and being right near the back door/service door, it wasn't very pleasant but it is what it is and one can't complain about the service or food. Our server was awesome! Must go and enjoy some great seafood for sure!

I'm from New Orleans and since I've been here (over 20 years). I've had some really bad seafood. But I would come back and even recommend THE TWISTED CRAB!

Parking: I have a disability and there was a lot of handicap parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I walk with canes and was happy to be able to walk easily up and down the ramp. And the young lady was holding the door waiting with a smile.
