Devin was absolutely wonderful! Delightful and attentive. Food was delicious and all came out fast and hot! The crab had meat on it same with the crawfish.

So this was our first time here we came in was greeted asked to sit in the far back waited awhile so I went to bar to get drink and met Dallas the bartender very nice and very professional and asked if she could wait on me and my husband she was 👌 service great food great Dallas needs to be general manager she is definitely a great fit for twisted crab 👌 definitely coming back and hopefully people will check this place out on the strength of Dallas

This was the BEST Lemon Drop I ever had. It was made with to perfection and the customer service was TOP TIER. Amanda was the sweetest and most friendly bartender ever. The whole staff deserves a raise and free corn lol.

Got a steam bag and it was amazing also the fried kids shrimp was perfect I was shocked this place is really good we will be back

Came in yesterday with my family because we were invited to a large get together. Our waiter Antonio was very patient considering there was about 20 of us . Seems they were short staffed so we all understood, towards the end it seemed like our server was upset and we asked if he was ok and he stated he was just fine.. we noticed it looked like another guy there was yelling and antagonizing him. Experience would have been great is the other man wasn’t yelling at our waiter. But despite all of it Antonio did amazing and the food was omg so good. Will be back soon - Rex

As my friend and I came in to receive to-go drinks at the bar, we were met with poor service and a wait-time of 15+ mins just to obtain two drinks. Our server Amanda was not busy but just very unwelcoming and overall inattentive.

The worst customer service of my life both in person and on the phone the rudest unfriendly managers ever. They said the owner would call me and he never did.They scam you of your money after you pay, they will charge you over and over for months to come and tell you to get your bank to refund money VERY

This place was terrible!!i went with my day program and someone with us a girl was ordering food not me we had to order it in the restaurant after using the app!!and it didn't even go through!!on top of that the waiters were rude to the girl in our day group who has a disability the waitress said one lady was in training foreign i geuss so major lack of communication there so 20 minutes to get food for her im glad i wasn't a paying customer!!i will not do business here!!people wanting 20 dollars an hour for a 5 dollar work ethnic no thanks!!

We were the first ones in the restaurant on a Saturday….Music was way too loud… did not offer to turn it down. Had my 86 year old mom with us. And we were celebrating 2 birthdays….We got up and left. Told the guy at the door about the sound level. He said OK.

We came last year for our birthdays and not an issue. But I am thinking new manager possibly. So we will go to Hampton.
