Newport News sent order out with pork and it was ordered through DoorDash. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Alisha rude manager and Brianna stated will remake but recant on replacing order. The GM stated its DD responsibility to refund or replace. DD only refunded $11 for a $51 order.Twisted Crab manager need more training and learn how to speak to their customers when there kitchen mess the order up.

Service was extremely slow, brought my to go meal with mine & had to go to the bar for a refill. They weren't that busy. I have 40 yrs experience in this business and if ur going to pay the prices they ask them the service should b on point!!!

I'm not fan of the Twisted Crab because I'm not crazy about seafood boils. Now my daughter and her little friends thinks it's the best thing ever! They truly enjoyed their visit here. This location is a lot smaller than the 1 at Chesapeake Square mall, other than that It was a good visit.

It was too much drama for a WednesdayLord it was loud as no other. I ordered the shrimp with the crazy sauce and they said it wasn't spicyI stressed how I couldn't eat spicy food. And omg it was too much!! No refund no nothing
