Ordered from doordash a hour before they closed and I wait for over a hour and a half before I just gave up. Why not cancel the order if you weren’t going to fulfill it

RAW CHICKEN!!!!This is the WORST food ever ordered in Hampton, Virginia!!!They completely got my order wrong, I paid for fries, but never got them MY FOOD WAS RAW!!!!!!

I have been going here for a year now & have been here at least 6 times & the food is consistently bad. I feel that I have given this business enough tries to safely say the food here will always be bad. The pulled pork is always dry & flavorless. The corn is always overcooked, dry, & chewy. Doesn't taste like they even put butter or salt on it. The sweet potato fries are also always soggy & have a yucky texture to them. Management here does nothing to fix the problems so you can't expect anything to get any better from here out. If you eat here after reading this then good luck!

The worst experience I have had with the food and customer service. Paid extra for sauce that I never received. The fries were cold and they wouldn’t give us a refund or new order.

Just ordered from DoorDash. I usually expect my fries might be soggy (like wingstop) since I’m getting delivery, but they were still hot and crispy when they arrived. Ordered the Garlic Parmesan fries, they were delicious and the serving size was more than adequate. The amount of garlic sauc on the fries was a little on the small sidthat’s much better than drowning the fries and creating a soggy mess.I also ordered the boneless wings, Cajun dry rub and Nashville Honey Hot. Both flavors were awesome, the dry rub had trouble sticking to the wings, but that’s very common with boneless wings and dry rubs. The price ($9.99 for 12) is good, and the size of the wings was what I was expecting. Overall, very good, I was very satisfied, and I will be ordering from here again.

What a mistake! They didn't have the drink I wanted, they didn't have the appetizer we wanted. We got loaded nachos- which I REALLY did not like. But, at least it seemed to be fresh-ish. Our entrees were horrible, old, cold, overcooked and just plain gross. I got shrimp which had been sitting around way too long! The broccoli had a terrible sour odor and the potato wedges were super nasty. They had a sweet taste They were cold, they were dehydrated and over cooked. My husband's entree was small, especially for the bucks they charged, and what there was of it was more than half FAT! We had tea and water for whopping $$100.00 with tip. Never ever will I go back and I can not recommend. The server was just ok. My husband's tea was refilled, but not my water.

For the first time trying this restaurant, I can say that it was pretty good. What made it better was our server, Justin. He was cool, and very nice

First time and last. No sauce, no flavor, not the least bit hot temperature wise or spicy. Made me sick to my stomach. Called and asked when i ordered if they were crispy to which the answer was yes. Not so.

I have to say that they delivered well on our order, which was solidly good for the most part, and better than what we expected. There is a pleasant dining atmosphere, and the quality of the food matched it quite well.

Dry, hard and no sauce. Waste of money. Never again.Update-12/27/2021Since this point they have improved drasticallly. Seemed to be an isolated incident. Unfortunately when I want my chicken wing fix and I cant get it from BBW because of the "wing shortage", I have to order here. So what I tend to do because they never have enough sauce on them to my liking, is i will order extra sauces to pour on my wings when i get them. It seems to make everything all better again?.

Ordered through DoorDash and asked for plain wings, but couldn't order through the app plain for some reason. Was required to choose 2 sauces, and then had to select "sauce on side." The merchant did not "allow" special requests to make SURE they were plain. So I sent a text to the dasher to please confirm the wings were plain, which she did. She was told "they should be plain." They were sauced! And not even with the sauce that was supposed to be on the side, it was something spicy so the picky eater couldn't even attempt to eat it! Both orders of fries were also cold and limp.However, the worst was the obviously off bleu cheese. Yes, I understand bleu cheese is SUPPOSED to be funky. I like that. However, this has turned gray and smells and tastes like ammonia. These are clear signs that the cheese is past being edible. This is the first time I ordered from this place and it will definitely be the last. We threw everything away, since thats where it belongs -- in the trash!
