Same thing every other person said before me: the cobbler was great but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was bare minimum. Only 4 customers in the store at the time (to include us). The first thought we had was “no greeting, didn’t ask if it was our first visit, and didn’t make any suggestions”. The guy was literally just there to the take the order and serve the order, no in between.
Was pretty good. Went during the week so no long lines. Guy at the counter lacked customer service, no welcome no suggestions just waiting for the order. He was polite definitely not rude or anything but I guess just not lacked warmth/wasnt inviting. Peach Cobbler was ok, apple cobbler was ok, red velvet banana pudding was ok. Overall wasn’t bad, just wasn’t great
Went in here and place was completely empty. Would think customer service would be outstanding, since this place was so dead. Place definitely lacks customer service, wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.
