Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered at this location on the app by accident. I wanted to try the new ohana breeze smoothie. That was the most disgusting smoothie I have ever gotten at a tropical smoothie. The smoothie wasn't even blue, it was green and just tasted like a frozen orange juice. I did not taste any pineapple, banana, or mango. I was highly disappointed. This has to be a franchise location and I do not recommend.

We had two wraps. Each with different types of chicken. But they really skimp on the chicken. Disappointing for a $10 wrap. Taste was good otherwise. We could not eat in the restaurant itself. It smelled horrible. It was as if someone tried to clean the entire place with a filthy dishrag. Most likely not going back. Management: in case you are paying attention to reviews, this was June 1.

I was traveling , this location was near this location. I ordered my favorite smoothie I always order and the wrap I always order. I was very disappointed when I received my smoothie, it was much lighter than normal and did not taste correctly. I mentioned that I thought the smoothie was wrong, when I was handed my wrap. The person asked what I thought was wrong with it I stated it tasted mostly of orange no lime and like they used too much ice. She remade it but when I received the new one it was still light colored and still tasted strong of orange, I felt my drink tasted more like the Sunrise smoothie and not the Blimey Limey. I figured if still wasn't correct, I would just have to deal with it.
Then came my wrap.... I ordered the Baja chicken, it tasted like buffalo chicken hot sauce. Just overall disappointed. If I wasn't travel, I would have gone back. Waste of money

Clean, but service is very slow and the staff was very rude, I could tell they were getting annoyed every time someone walked in, it was very awkward

I'm not usually one to write a bad review, but I have never had a good experience at this location.

The food and smoothier were better this visit. However, the employees were so rude. Whoever is the franchise owner of this location needs to redo the management and hire more outgoing personnel. I felt nothing but stares from the 2 employees when I walked in, and they really gave off the vibe that they'd rather be anywhere else.

I went door in port Warwick guy lock blook me. From entering I had use rest room he could told customer only not be uglying Acting I never eat hear ever dude handle things very poor ly

I ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie and it was watered down. I went back the next day and ordered a chia banana smoothie hoping for a better product and it was just as watered down. Other locations serve a better product.

Tasty and fresh bowls, wraps, and flat bread sandwiches.

The employees were friendly and helpful. I like the Avocadolada, but my Mother-in-law really likes the detox (not too sweet!) so wild success 👍

Hummus veggie wrap was good but the detox island green smoothie I ordered had no flavor and was very watery.

Always a wonderful experience!! The food is good and the service is always the best!!
