Omg me and my friends went here after class and it wasn’t been busy and it took his food 30 almost 40 mins to come out.

Place SUCKS. Treats employees TERRIBLE. managers don’t do anything but sit on their phone. dirty, roaches ALL the time. NEEDS better management ! Employees don’t even get breaks and get yelled at for no reason.

I just paid $12.45 for a basic smoothie, an Orange Dream with extra Splenda. I was charged $2.58 for the extra Splenda and this smoothie has less taste and is more sour than any other one I have ever had at any other Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Awful, I wish I could leave zero stars.
the past few days i’ve been coming here the smoothie taste like straight WATER asked the lady to remake it both times, she was nice about it but it came out the exact same way.. I came home & added my own fruits to it just to make it have a taste….

Rude service!!
One of the best as far as food quality and service. It's further from my house than two others. It was more than worth it after a my workout. The wrap was warm and perfectly rolled. The shake was very flavorful. The order took maybe two minutes. I highly recommend this tropical smoothie.

Good food made fresh. Got a chocolate banana smoothie and Baja chicken wrap which were very nice. Employees were nice and got the food out quick
Got a peanut paradise past 2 days in a row and it's been mostly ice. Like drinking a peanut butter flaored ice cone. Not creamy and smooth like any other tropical

My items were ready & fresh at the time of pick up . Super clean but quiet location!! There was a young lady at the counter that oddly didn’t speak ??♀️… but thanks .
