Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Walked in this location at 9:15 wanted to order a acai bowl and the staff told me he couldn’t make it because they close try kitchen and can’t make anything. Which didn’t make any sense they could’ve made it and clean up before 9:30…. Definitely wouldn’t come to this location anymore…. And guess I didn’t need the bowl but was gonna have it for the morning.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION AFTER TODAY. This one in Jefferson Commons used to be one of my go to’s but the experience I had today with a newer employee there was horrible. While I placed my order, the cashier was a younger male that gave me attitude and rushed me to order and rolled his eyes IN FRONT OF MY FACE when I explained to him I had a coupon I was using for my smoothie. I ordered the ACAI BERRY BOOST like I usually do and when he made it and I tasted it, IT WAS DISGUSTING. Very bland, zero sweetness and super running and loose. THE WORSE SMOOTHIE I’ve even gotten from them and this location is my local one. I come here at least twice a week and NEVER had anything wrong with my smoothies or food until today and the service was trash. I told the cashier, and he rolled his eyes AGAIN AND STORMED OFF STATING HE WOULD REMAKE IT. WHEN HE REMADE IT, HE SLAMMED THE CUP ON THE COUNTER AND POINTED AT IT AND WALKED OFF INTO THE BACK. The remade smoothie smoothie was even worse. I was so pissed. I threw them both away and left.

Slow service. And they kept helping other people that were there after me. Eventually the lady decided to help me. Not a good experience at this location.

I order the ACAI BERRY BOOSTT Smoothie, the service was superb, the staff is very friendly and quick, If you are looking for a healthy quick place to eat this is the place to have a quick bite to eat, I am definitely visiting this location again.

I have only been twice the the service is awful they forgot to put my promotion code in and then wouldn't refund me and kept my receipt saying I can get the discount when I come back like why keep my receipt??

I gotten 2 smoothies and a kids one as well, which were great! But the wraps are always inconsistent. One day it’s good the next it’s not. Some days the wraps are the size of an actual wrap and others it’s a mini kids bite size burrito. But this particular time that I went was by far the worst. The rice was EXTREMELY salty, to the point we’re I couldn’t even finish eating the wrap. Great for smoothies not food.

Don't ever get the chicken caeser wrap! They barely put any chicken in it, so it is basically a wrap of lettuce, tomato, cheese, and caeser. Complete waste of money! I could make it at home for not even a fourth of the price.

Stood at the door from 10:42 till 10:50 and nobody came out to help. Somebody in the back saw me and ignored me. Ended up leaving because I had to be at my job by 11This happens way too much at this location
