This is one of my favorite hotspot for breakfast because the waffles would be on point. My sister and I went on a Friday morning and after we sat down at our table, it became a little busy. I do recommend the all star breakfast. It's just a nice place to have breakfast all day long!

Walked in and tables were dirty. Staff just looked us up and down whispering as we stood by a table waiting for someone to clean it. No one ever came to clean table so I took out my hand sanatizer and napkins and cleaned table myself. They avoided taking our order for as long as possible. Completely ignored us.

We have eaten at many Waffle House chains, this was our first visit to this location while working in Newport News. We both could say enough about how great the entire experience was. The service was excellent, the comrade amongst the employees was delightful. Our food was prompt and PERFECTLY cooked. Both bathrooms and the restaurant was clean.

Waffle House is good for a consistent experience for breakfast foods 24/7/365. This location meets that experience. Food was prompt and prepared to order. The staff did a great job getting people in, and tables turn over after diners departed. Our coffee was promptly refilled before running out. Thanks.
Best breakfast place around. Always had excellent service until this visit (Denbigh, Newport News Va location) I am a big tipper because they work so hard for so little. Although they don't know it before had, good service will get them a $40-60 tip. I left $3.50 for this visit. I will be back but I will request a server.
