I am writing to formally express my concern about the behavior of one of your cashiers. I have noticed that she is often seated while working, which is not necessarily an issue, but she frequently comes across as rude to customers. More concerning, I have observed that she seems to treat immigrants unfairly, all customers should be treated fairly and with respect.
I hope someone will address this matter to ensure that all customers receive equal and professional treatment. Thank you for your time and attention.

Won’t order from these rude ppl again. They messed my uber eats order up and when o called in the lady in the other end was very rude and put me on hold without even telling me to hold. Won’t get any of my money again

I got family size chicken noodle soup at 9:38am on new years eve about 11:00am I started vomiting repeatedly and had bad diarrhea I had to leave work early and cancel new years events in a protection agent for officials this was horrible. The soup did taste a little different but I thought nothing of it cause that was my favorite dish but now I don't know

The quality of customer service has dramatically dropped at this store. It takes them 10 minutes to harass you at checkout to then still to not give you the items you ask for.ID checks, reward hassles on items that there is no reward points even offered. I get so thankful to leave a 'convenient store' I forgot to check, did they give me what I asked for? or randomly hand me something. This particular WaWa is really really very very consistently bad. There is a 7 11 on the next corner. I recommend that, unless you want to stroke out trying to buy tobacco or beer. Holy sweet Jesus this store sucks beyond any possible belief.

I usually don't have a bad experience in this Wawa..... But.....all I wanted was my little pizza for my dinner.......the young lady who made it was cool. But the person who had to go get it was terrifying. I watched this young man name Sean....with the same gloves that he made food and or beverages with....take a wipe out a sanitizer bottle....take his left arm and wipe either his forehead and or under the nose....and lastly....pull his pants up from the back ....WITH THEM SAME GLOVES IN THE BACK OF HIS PANT....not how you regularly do it...his 4 fingers were on the inside of his pants.....nope....got to get my refund. Manager Mike was great about....but hopefully that young man will learn better habits and cleanliness in a food industry environment.
