Past two times I’ve been there they’ve messed up my order. I got a limited time for lunch. The first time I ordered a spicy chicken, combo meal and I got a five dollar biggie bag instead didn’t have time to turn around second time I went there. I ordered a five dollar biggie bag and did not get the nuggets inside. SMH people can’t get it right

Sunday lunchtime, inside not open. Not sure why. Drive thru not busy. Order taker sounded like she disliked her job. Finally get up to get food. Missing fries, had to drive around and wait behind 3 cars to get to the window again only to be given warm old fries. Definitely didn't get a sorry we're shorthanded, no sorry for having your other food get cold waiting for fries they forgot. $30!

Of all the “fast food” restaurants this location is one of the best. Variety of food allows an easy dinner when everyone wants something different. I’m glad they went back to the original chili as the “new” version was so spicy it gave me terrible heartburn. I always check my order before leaving and very rare this location makes a mistake. If they do they’re quick to fix it. The only suggestion I have is I do get “older” fries. Staff is always polite.

I went to this location for the first time and it was great. Food was great and the customer service was great as well. If I have craving for burger, this will be my go to place. Thank you for your outstanding quality in food and customer service.

Service was AWFUL. We went through the drive thru at about 11:20 pm and the worker had a horrible attitude. Despite me saying please & thank you she did not respond to either. She was very curt. She forgot to put things we asked for in the bag and did not fill up our drinks or frosties all the way. She was also clearly distracted because of having her Airpods in.

Flowers to the crew at this Wendy's on this rainy day. My son said it was nothing but young ppl workin with 1 manager and they were doin the teamwork thing and proud of it. I must say my food was fresh and exactly what i asked for GOOD JOB YOU GUYS ??

Avoid this Wendy’s like the plague!!! Not sure why but every time I pull up to the drive thru and try and take my order they never have one thing or another. I can understand once or maybe twice…but the last 3 times??? First you don’t have any baked potatoes. Then you don’t have any chocolate frosty’s. Oh sorry, we’re all out of spicy nuggets? Did I mention that you could be the only person in line and they will still tell you one minute please before they even take your order. I got so frustrated my last visit and believe you me…this is my neighborhood Wendy’s…but I will travel a couple miles to the J Clyde location because at least they own up or try and rectify when they’re customers are unhappy. Not like when I pulled up to this location and told whoever was taking my order that they had to do better with not having the actual items posted on their sign. Before I can finish my comment some lady I’m assuming was a supervisor said uhm sir! You’re not gonna talk to my drive thru attendant like that….lol…I said say less and took my business elsewhere. I understand that you may not like your job but paying customers pay your salaries! Do your job! Do better!
