Used a french fry pan to collect leaking water vs a proper container. Ordered a double patty burger, received one patty. Corporate hasn't returned calls or emails because none of them care if services are bad and food quality is lacking as long as theg generate record profits, shrink food size and charge more.

Ordered a biggie bag with two patties on my burger, received one, still waiting for a response from the owner. Also, not code compliant due to using food containers for a leaking roof, use trash bins, not french fry containers.

It took 15 minutes for us to get our food from the time we ordered in the drive-thru. A single, a double and 2 large fries - $22.00. Fries were overcooked. We were asked to pull forward to wait. We watched a person in the dining room trying to hide that they were vaping.

Drive through was very slow. Then we were asked to wait to complete the order. Once we receive the order missing 20% of the order.So give them another try. We went inside today. Well, I think we will keep the rating. Missing sides, a wet floor from a leaking soda machine, and general poor service. It was not busy.

Staff was friendly but food was discussing. I find along piece of weave hair in my food. Do you workers not wear hair nets??? That nasty.
There was nobody in the store or in line at 6:00pm on November 24th. When I entered it was employees standing outside smoking marijuana and inside the employees were standing around conversing which wasn’t an issue until I went to use the bathroom and it was nasty. There was period blood in the toilet along with a big wad of toilet paper that was bloody. I didn’t even order food afterwards. Cleanliness is important in all areas of the building including the bathrooms.

Stopped here after running a few errands and wow haven't had Wendy's THIS fresh in a months. The closing manager, Whitney, cares about the satisfaction of the customers. EVERYTHING was fresh. The nuggets and fries, in particular tasted like they were never frozen. This is a big turn around from my last visit a little over a year ago. Lastly, this Wendy's was SUPER clean! Great job to Whitney and her evening crew on great service and great food

Worst Fast-Food experience in a long time! Rather than paying a cashier to greet you and take your order, they force you to use a digital ordering screen. The family ahead of us was clearly struggling, and the staff just ignored them. We tried to use the ordering screen next to them, and the tap/response time was more than 10 seconds.Frustrated, we decided to leave, and go through the drive-thru. Now that we were sitting in our car, someone was finally willing to speak to us. We placed the order and were given a total, but the amount seemed high. We were not offered a receipt, but were asked to pull ahead and wait for our food. When it finally arrived, 3 out of the 4 meals were wrong.We will never visit this location again, and will think twice about going to any Wendy's again.

Food was deliciousService was great Frosty's we're delicious Cops were called on the nicest gay guy I've ever met and I think it was a form of discrimination. The other customers kept saying "he's got hoes" and throwing cards at each other. Overall very fun experience for friends and family.
