Let’s just remember that I posted this months ago and still no one has the balls to contact me or respond with who had the nerve to do this to me mind you I just suffered the loss of my fiancé I didn’t even place the order and some coward thought this was ok to play with a stranger. I wasn’t driving that night I couldn’t turn around but I really wish I would’ve if I’d known management would be so weak to do something about this

Twice have gotten the taco salad and had big chunks of hamburger in the chili. We all know they use the patties, but should chop finer. Chips were stale.
Ordered Biggie bag and specail ordwred the fries to Baconator with small upcharge under $9. Great value!

You’re better off going inside this Wendy’s than at the drive thru because your order will not be correct. I never order through couriers anymore due to missing items. Inside you will get good customer service as they resolve any issues you may have

Don't offer things on the app that you can't/won't offer in house. If I wait in line to place my order, instead of placing it online, unless a product is specifically marked as for app orders only, your staff needs to be able to take that order.
