Let’s just remember that I posted this months ago and still no one has the balls to contact me or respond with who had the nerve to do this to me mind you I just suffered the loss of my fiancé I didn’t even place the order and some coward thought this was ok to play with a stranger. I wasn’t driving that night I couldn’t turn around but I really wish I would’ve if I’d known management would be so weak to do something about this

You’re better off going inside this Wendy’s than at the drive thru because your order will not be correct. I never order through couriers anymore due to missing items. Inside you will get good customer service as they resolve any issues you may have

Don't offer things on the app that you can't/won't offer in house. If I wait in line to place my order, instead of placing it online, unless a product is specifically marked as for app orders only, your staff needs to be able to take that order.

The people there have a attitude problem and don't know how to address new customers in the area myself I will not come to this Wendy's again people get your attitudes together.

Every time we go through drive through we always have a problem with are order. It's not like we get a lot I would think they could get 2 orders of chicken nuggets correct. My daughter goes to get them out of the bag and they are the spicy chicken nuggets. This is not the first time this has happened. Food is expensive enough and she threw them away.

Last 4 times I visited only recently was allowed to eat there, first three times was TURNED AWAY NO SERVICE as a fast food chain can't believe the associate told me only drive thru service then why opening the door???
