This was the first time I visited this particular location. I've eaten at the what a burger locations in Richmond and Colonial Heights. The food was excellent, both price and quality. I received better value for what I ordered than going to a fast food chain. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Will definitely visit again.
Sadly, this experience failed to impress. The food was mediocre. I ordered a burger, hot dogs, bbq, and tots. The round tots were okay, just lacking flavor; most of the meal lacked flavor. The hamburger was soft and mushy. The cheese sauce was worse than 7-11; maybe that helped runion my meal. The best item was the BBQ, yet it looked very pink. I even got the Georgia peach shake. I ordered the What-a-burger; it was good; not great. They offer a lot of toppings for the burger, so you can customize it as much as you could possibly want. The best part of my experience was the order taker! He was very entertaining, patient, and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. No drive thru or seating offered.
