They are so unprofessional!!!! My order was suppose to be done at 650…. I arrive and she said a few more mins….. 7:24 and just got me wings. I understand it might be busy ect but communication goes a long way! Then she got annoyed that I asked how much longer!

Really disappointed with the wings here. I moved to the area 2y ago, & the Wingstpp near my old home in WA State was really good. The wings here in NN were poorly cooked & didn’t taste fresh. Not sure whether the difference is where they get their chicken, how it's handled in the restaurant or both.

Amazing customer service, they were so friendly and the place was so clean! We ordered take out at 11:30pm and they had 15 other take out orders but were still nice and again the place was very clean. They did forget our fries but definitely go again

I placed an online order at the Jefferson Ave location in Newport News Virginia on 10/30/2024. They completely bombed my order. The wings were old and dry. The fries weren't completely cooked and everything was cold. After work, I don't need to pick up an order incorrectly prepared, only to be told to drive all of the way back after a shower with no offer to fix the issue. I'm done
