I just want to say that the service Jannika treated us with, was that which was expected just by her tone on the phone. I called to tell her about my experience prior and when she heard that, she made sure our food was on point. I also made sure to call her to let her know that we were very appreciative of her listening and doing our order exactly as we asked…Thank you so much and in my opinion, she’s definitely manager material…Thank You again Jannika…🥰

Young kids there playing I ask them to cook my chicken extra, when they finally finish it wasn’t cooked, I ask them and showed the chicken was not cook extra they immediately got an attitude. One of the young men smell like weed” he just came from the back. I personally will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely rude staff tried calling the store multiple times and they literally unplugged the phone so it would stop ringing and when you go in, they have an attitude. I understand nobody likes working, but if you hate your job that much just leave.

Food was uncooked and literally trash. Both habernero and hot honey tastes like hot water due to the lack of time and effort put into the preparation of the meal. The five pieces of corn was the only decent part of the the meal. I can't believe they're still open or that I wasted my $40. By far the worse Wingstop I've ever been to.

On October 24 at 430pm I went into this establishment. The workers never gave me a greeting, blatantly ignored me for 7 mins, while they had a field day in the kitchen. This placed smelt like weed when I walked in. These people couldnt even count 10 wings. They didnt wipe off the counter prior to placing my bag on it for the order I made. Which then resulted in when I made it home (I only live 10 mins out) the entirety of my bag ripped from the bottom resulting in about 1 5 to 20 dollars wasted in product I paid for. The neglect from these people is astonishing and I will never go to this location again!

I doordash this more than anything. The one time I went in though, I don’t think the guy at the front spoke any or barely any english, or maybe just couldn’t hear me? I have no idea. I haven’t had a problem food wise, the wings were warm, fries were a little cool but it could be the person delivering rather than the restaurant themself. I prefer doordashing this place over going in. So i’m basing this review off of doordashing considering I only went once about a year ago and can’t recall how it went other than the guy not understanding me. Food came quick I think though, so a bonus point for that. In all, it was fine I guess. From the reviews i’m reading, they should step it up. 🤷🏻♀️

Placed a large catering order for pickup in the morning. When I walked in the employees were cursing up a storm, mostly related to my order. Complaining how large it was, why would someone order this much, how it’s too much work, etc. Used practically every curse word in book while I was standing there. I’m not sure if they noticed me or not but it doesn’t really make a difference, it’s super unprofessional. My order was due at 10:30 and they were twenty minutes behind which is frustrating because my event was time sensitive. I even courtesy called the day before to remind them of the large order in the morning and I was assured it would be ready on time. Then when it comes to the actual food, the vegetables they gave me were comical. They gave me one single serving of carrots and celery for an order of 475 wings to feed about 40 people. There may have been ten carrots and celery sticks (if that) total for the whole order. They also gave me about maybe 12 side cups of ranch or so. Again, for an order of 475 wings that’s just crazy. First time in and it will definitely be the last.
