IM TRYING FIGURE OUT WHY I DONT HAVE NO SODA IN MY CUP LIKE BFFR!!!!! Food was good but our wait time was 40+ minutes when it was supposed to be 15-20.We asked how much longer and was told it'll be ready when you're name is called.

The food was okay. The wings were good but the fries were undercooked. The customer service was absolutely terrible. A black woman with dreads had a terrible attitude and should not be working in the restaurant business. She got mad for no reason and many people were complaining about things in their orders that were missing because of her. We had to check her because she had an attitude when something in our order was missing. The whole vibe was off and it was overall a terrible experience. Horrible customer service!

My first time going. The staff was pleasant and did not get irritated with my many questions.I had to update this review that was originally posted in December of 2022.I placed an order on the website on March 1st (2024) and the driver only delivered my drink. Stated he was going back to the restaurant to get my food but never showed up. I called the restaurant regarding the issue and ended up having to drive 20 minutes to the restaurant and was told that I had to contact doordash to get a refund of the fees and the tip. A total of 10 calls between Wingstop and doordash and they each keep pointing the finger at each other. The gentleman I spoke with at the restaurant was useless and basically acted as if he didn't care. I basically paid service and delivery and tip fees for an order that I had to go pick up myself..... About two hours after the initial order. The customer service is deplorable not only in the store but online as well. I submitted health ticket online and no one has contacted me. I'm not going to deny the food quality, but be careful when you place an order online and doesn't go accordingly.

The prices for what you get served are not worth it. Better off buying a bag of frozen wings and either frying or using an air fryer yourself. The wings did not have much flavor or meat on the bone, even covered in the Hot Buffalo sauce. On top of that, the restaurant is dirty. The soda machine looked like it had never been wiped off and all the soda varieties I tried were very weak on the flavor. This is why I hardly eat out, too expensive and disappointment everywhere.

It was my birthday and I wanted to order food from a local restaurant with my friends. However, when I called to place an order, no one answered the phone. Determined to still get my meal, I drove to the restaurant at 9:30, only to be told that they had stopped taking orders at 9. This was confusing to me, as their online hours indicated they were open until 12. So how else are customers supposed to order food ? At this point I was just upset.Frustrated, I asked another employee for help and was advised to place my order online. I stood in the restaurant and attempted to do so, only to find out that they were not accepting my DoorDash orders. I had to reach out to DoorDash to cancel the order.When I requested to speak to the manager, I was informed that he was the only manager on duty. I felt compelled to warn the owner of the establishment about the inefficiency of their staff. It is clear that new workers are needed to prevent the business from going downhill. Never again will I come back.

Ordered 47.00 worth of wings. Will not being going back. I asked them several times could they please make my wings crispy. He replied I'm not going to drop 24 wings just for. He refused to do it. They don't care about making there customers happy. They are in a hurry to get you in and out.

I should of gave this review awhile ago but I forgot..2 weeks ago I visited this location..Mind you this was my first time ever visiting a Wingstop and the only reason why I'm doing this now is because I seen someone give Wingstop a high rating on YouTube..Now the only reason they're getting two stars from me is because I knew the young lady that worked behind the counter..If it wasn't for that they would get one star lol..The atmosphere is cool, nice, and clean in there but the food sucks..Wingstop is not it..
