Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

Last night I placed a mobile order, I had a little bit of issues because I’ve never done it before. I went inside and talked to the cashier Kaitlyn her and her manager Quita helped me solve the issue. The food was perfect the fries were fresh they put just the right amount of sauce and seasoning they even gave me a courtesy ranch because of the wait time and extra issues I 100% recommend this location the service is always amazing 💜

This location is the worst place ever m. The food was either overcooked or undercooked. The last straw was the sentcme old cold fries and undercooked chicken. When I call they stated they were about to close and call and speak with the manager. I called several days the manager was always in meetings ir gone for the day. That's what I get for ordering food in that end of NN instead of going to my usual locations. Reporting them didn't help but I'm not done. The staff was nice but that manager have to do better. Own up to your people laziness

I ordered from here @6:35PM food was supposed to be done 7:10PM my husband went to go pick up the food and just for them to tell him the order is not ready .. it is currently 7:53 and my FOOD IS STILL NOT DONE , the lady kept telling my husband 8 more mins this IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Best wings I’ve ever ate. Shaquita was the best. I’ll let everyone know from Virginia all the way back to Kentucky just how good it was and what a great friendly atmosphere.
Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Will never visit this location again… Tenders were dry and hard, with no parmesan. My “large” fry wasn't even a regular. I only got two of the four ranches I paid for. The sprite was super flat… and had to throw away half the tenders. I will be calling in the morning for a refund because this is ridiculous.

We've been coming to this location for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. We go out of our way to visit this location instead of the one that is closer to us. They always get our orders right and they're usually ready faster than the order tracker says.
