My big bro told me not to eat at this location. I didn't listen and had to find out on my own. The fries were simply disgusting. The wings were big and slimy. I called before I made this review, I wanted to talk to a manger and see how she would respond. Just as I thought, zero accountability and I was wrong. This location just doesn't gaf! I'm thinking about protesting this place.

Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!

Worst place to go to walked in there to order food the manager Trish says they don’t take walk-ins. Everything has to be online. I told her that was kind of ridiculous, but that’s how they do service. I would advise not to come to Wingstop unless you’re ordering online kind of ridiculous but the manager Tricia says that’s how they do it..
