Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We had a really great visit at the Zaxby’s on Jefferson’s. Very nice staff and fresh food.

I came through the drive through and I think the staff said maybe two words to me through the whole interaction. They seemed angry and that my existence was bothering them. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.

The chicken is bland and the fries were soggy. I'm not sure if it's this location or it's Zaxby's as a whole, but the good was not good. Cane's is definitely better.

This is a perfect place to bring colleagues for a relaxed lunch meeting.

Very rude customer service charged me thirty dollars for ten wings and got my order wrong if I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs.

The food at this location is not good and not prepared well compared to Hampton Virginia. I received a Sloppy salad that was thrown together and overcooked boneless wings on a different occasion. I'll just pass.

Placed a mobile order a few minutes before opening, went to the drive thru at opening (10:30) to see if I needed to wait until order time (10:45) or not. They didn't have the order, so I volunteered to come back through at 10:45 and they agreed. But about five minutes later, they brought out the order - said it had popped up for them right after I drove away - so they came and found me in the parking lot, which I thought was really above and beyond of them and really sweet of them. They're always friendly at this location, good quality food. Just wanted to give them a positive shout out for being awesome. :)

Food is not bad. The prices have gone up so much! I know everything has, but I at had sticker shock for a salad and a small drink at just under $17. The salad was fine. The drink machine could have used a cleaning. I would say this place was satisfactory, but won't be a regular stop.

Just spent $15 on the new lemon pepper wing meal. It's absolutely disgusting. The wings are overcooked and dry and the fries were soft. I've been trying to call and can't get an answer. I would have turned right around and took it but I was on my way to work and couldn't be late. I will be going back with the plate and my receipt. I want a full refund. $15.08 and still don't have lunch. I'm beyond upset. They won't get me again.

I've only ever used the drive thru so I can't comment on the inside. The ordering process is usually pretty fast and the food is always hot. The quality is on par for the chain and customer service is generally fine.

Manager was very rude I ordered my food thru the drive thru and did not find out how much it was til I got to the window so I had to add the money to my card which only takes a couple of seconds and she was Rushing me to pull forward and no one was in the line ,definitely ain’t no 5 star restaurant management needs to tighten up
