First things first. The food was amazing. If this rating was just about the food, 5 stars all the way.
We showed up on time for an early reservation with 2 of the 4 of us there. The restaurant was half empty. I let the host know our friends were just a few minutes behind us. She asked us to wait until the rest of the party arrived. I stated that if we could go to the table, we would order drinks while we waited. The manager came over, and the host explained the situation. We were directed to the bar. By the time we got a drink, the 2nd half of the reservation came.
The waiter arrives and says that since we were late (10 minutes) the chef wanted us to get our orders in quickly. He told us this a couple of times. We were definitely being rushed.
Why rush us to order when we have to wait so long for a check?
They split the check...incorrectly.
We all took leftovers home. They brought them in 2 takeout bags. Get home the next day...each bag contained 1 meal from one party and one from the other.
We won't be back. We were treated like a nuisance instead of a guest. While the food was great, front of house was not!

Wow where to start. What an amazing dining experience! The staff, owners and everyone were so wonderful and provided such a personalized experience for my family. As a severe celiac family, 350 Grace ranks in our top 5 100% gluten free experiences. And to top it off the food is beyond 5 star in taste and quality. We are so grateful for the experience. Thank you to everyone who served us.

Had a 6:15 reservation. When my wife and I arrived we were told there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Turns out that they seated walk in customers that filled the restaurant. Once we were seated at 6:43, the waiter came to our table and told us we had to order right away due to the kitchen being overwhelmed. So, now we are being rushed. We ordered our food. A few minutes later, the waiter returns to tell us, stating that the kitchen was out of our selection
This restaurant only had 7 items on the menu. My wife and I left.

350 Grace is an excellent, soulful, black owned restaurant in Norfolk. Only 5 mins from the Norfolk Scope. Compliments to the Owner/Chef.
The fried oysters and sweet potato ice cream are awesome.

Visited this restaurant for the first time. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was made with love. It was delicious. And WOW to the sweet potatoe ice cream! I have never had such a tasty cup of heaven. Me and my 4 friends really enjoyed this place.

Spectacular in every way. I had the best NY Strip (ordered rare and Chef Moats did not disappoint) and piece of pork of my life. The drinks were great, the service was wonderful and everything is gluten free. I will eat here anytime I’m in the Norfolk- Virginia Beach area. Amazing hidden gem!

A lovely spot for one with real attention to service. The food flavors were really creative! I typically try to figure dishes out at restaurants and I could not pull apart the seasoning in my main dish due to the layering and complexity. Finally, I loved that everything is gluten free. No asking, negotiating, or pleading- no GFO and hoping you aren’t glutened.

I have experienced this restaurant on two occasions. The first was for my birthday with a group of people. The second is with my oldest son, after my plans didn't work out. They have complimentary desserts that will knot your socks off.
Vegetarian options: Salads and seafood.
Parking: Several parking spaces around the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Witness several families with children.
Wheelchair accessibility: At the front entrance.

The food was very good and 100% gluten-free. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly and it was unbelievably fresh. Even when we asked for another table, they didn't accommodate us even though there were free tables.

Horrible experience. Had reservations for 6 last night (Friday night). Only four people in my party arrived on time. The restaurant was not busy (three people total inside before we arrived and one of them was sitting at the bar) only one Chef cooking for the evening (Chef is the owner). I understand two guests were late, things happen and because of this my party decided to move forward with our evening without them since we had reservations.
The Chef/owner refused to take the order from the four of us but mind you we were initially rushed to order by the hostess as soon as we arrived because she wanted us to know that the Chef was the sole Chef that evening.
Once the Chef realized our party wasn’t whole the hostess comes back and tells us that we couldn’t order until the other two guests arrived and could we call and get their order over the phone. We decide at this time it’s best to leave because this makes no sense. Why can’t you take my party of four order and if the two show, take their order when they arrive. I think it’s important to note that this all took place in a 30 minute time span and the Chef/owner also noted that he only has a 15 minute grace period for reservations. I understand and respect policy, so again I knew it was time for us to leave.
Chef/owner proceeds to come over and explain himself, which I advised him there was no need to do so, since we were leaving. He gets upset because I’m asking him to save his speech we understand your policy, even if we don’t agree and that we would be leaving after we received and finished our drinks (since we had ordered prior to being told he wouldn’t take our order). Chef/owner proceeds to cut me off. He was very rude and egotistical during this exchange. Disappointing and embarrassing was the experience.
As the Chef/owner informed us as he came to our table “this is why he doesn’t take parties our size”, so please keep this in mind when patronizing this business if you need accommodations for a party of 4+. I had guests visiting from out of town and was hoping to support a black owned business but this establishment will never get another cent from me or a recommendation due to the treatment my party of four received during a time that the restaurant wasn’t full or busy (clearly if the Chef/owner had time to come to our table and argue with us he wasn’t cooking-just saying). PLUS: let me also add that the menu received in the restaurant is not the posted menu online.

I was a little skeptical about a gluten free restaurant. In my mind, it couldn’t be flavorful. Was I wrong?! Absolutely! It was delicious. My hubby had NY Strip, and I had the short ribs as an entree. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Chef needs to bottle the BBQ sauce and sell it. After dinner, we were surprised with complimentary desserts. I had the bourbon bread pudding. Yummy! Only complaint- I wanted more! The atmosphere was upscale and chill at the same time. The ladies were short staffed, but they worked it. Hubby and I enjoyed our date night. Chef and ladies thank you for a wonderful evening. We will be back!

Absolutely delicious food. The blend of all the different flavors was heavenly. I have celiac and love how I didn’t have to worry about contamination or have to compromise on food quality. The staff was very friendly. My friend brought me here for my birthday, and I’m So grateful. I will be returning and recommending this place.
