Place looks amazing, service is ok gentlemen made it seem like it was an inconvenience to serve us, fish tacos excellent, the crab cake was great b out 20 bucks for ONE crab cake….the salmon was absolutely disgusting, bland dried out, the risotto was so bland it was inedible, overall would not recommend this place to anyone made sense as to why on a Friday night the place was empty

Everything was perfect. We had made a reservation for 5. Three of us arrived very early so had a cocktail at the bar which we enjoyed. We were seated on time when our party arrived. The restaurant was set up nicely. Every person we interacted with was kind and attentive. They asked if we were there for a show prior to taking our order, which was appreciated as they were making sure to serve the food on time. Our party ordered salmon, mushroom pasta, the crab cake appetizer, and the crab bisque. All food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The crab bisque was a favorite at the table and we all stated that bisque alone would warrant another visit! The presentation of the food was excellent as well. Our table ended with a crème Brûlée which was devoured and espresso martini's which were wonderful. Overall, I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this experience from the service, it the food, to the ambience. Perfection. We will visit this location again.
Hands down, our meal was exceptional!!!! The service was a little bit slower than other times we've been to 456 Fish. It was theater night at Chrysler Hall which makes the slower service completely understandable.

I have eaten at this restaurant roughly two dozen times and this is the first bad experience. Not sure what has changed. Arrived roughly on time for 5:30 pm reservation prior to a show. Seated immediately and drink order and meal orders taken promptly. Drink, bread, and salad served timely. We then waited 45 minutes for our main course which consisted of two soups, one sandwich, and another salad. All around us were tables that had arrived later but were served their main courses while we were still waiting for our relatively simple meals. Twice we asked why our meals were so delayed and our waitress was not even coming by our table to inform us of status. Three times (our waitress was the third and final) we were told that there had been a rush of diners all with the same time constraints as us and therefore the kitchen was backed up. No explanation as to why our food (only one of which required cooking) was delayed while others arriving later were served. Finally, we were served the two soups. Only after I told the manager (I think) that if we were not served within the next five minutes to please cancel the remaining orders were the beet salad and the salmon BLT served. While the other food quality was fine, the salmon was undercooked in spots (requested medium well) such that it was not all edible. I am not saying that we will not return because we have generally had good experiences but it will be with some caution.

This is one of the very best restaurants in the area. Take the few steps away from the tourist traps and find this unique gem with great food, service and a cool vibe! The tuna entree was spectacular!!

This is our 6th visit to 456 Fish. We like the restaurant as it is convenient and the food is good. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The food this visit was tasty especially the surf and turf but they ran out of Rockfish by 5:30. They also ran out of two desserts.

Our server was Drum. The service was excellent and OMG the food was amazing. We had the Rockfish Florentine, Amazing, Calamari, Amazing, and She Crab Soup, Amazing. Everything was Amazing! I will definitely return for some good food and excellent service.
