First time visiting this place and don't believe I will go back. When we walked in we were the only customers there. Waitress was friendly and provided the best service she could. Menu is VERY limited. Out of almost anything I had asked for. I ended up just getting a burger and fries and the fries tasted like they had been fried in old oil. Also, there were two different types of fries on my plate? Burger wasn't bad though. Air conditioner might need some work as it is very muggy in the restaurant in my opinion. WAY OVER PRICED. Like I said, I got a single burger and fries, my friend got something very small and we both got waters to drink. Bill was $35. For what the food is, it's not worth it. I think they charge more because the business is probably failing. Like I said, waitress was fine and did do well with us. But food and atmosphere will have me driving past next time I'm in town!

Service was friendly but the food was borderline inedible. I don't know how you can mess up pancake so bad, the eggs were not remotely cooked, my eggs benedict was..... not to be recommended, the crab cake was worse than microwaveable crab cakes.... and OH MAN that hollandaise was nasty. I rarely leave reviews this negative because maybe they were having an off day or maybe the chef was out and they had a replacement chef or maybe my standards were just too high but any time I spend $30 on a meal that isn't remotely enjoyable (and borderline nauseating) is disappointing.

Came here and ordered the Country eggs Benedict with home fries. Keep in mind they were not busy whatsoever. Their menu was hand written on paper and did not match the menu listed on yelp. I decided to give it a try anyway however I ordered to go. The main course was.. alright at best but I opened my meal container to find my home fries were burnt and had a horrible taste. I tossed the food and will not be returning.

Surprisingly varied menu (especially for such a small one). Decently priced and there's something for every taste. Appreciated the local history in the decor, too. Wouldn't call it an all time favorite or anything but it's still a good place to eat.

Waited almost an hour for food that was okay at best. Then had to wait another ten minutes to get our card back. Omelette was pretty good but nothing special. Mimosas were more oj and sprite than alcohol. There are plenty of places nearby with better deals and better wait times!! Go there!!

Walked in and was immeasurable greeted by a grumpy hostess. Sat down long enough to watch her interaction with another tables. That coupled with the almost non-existent A/C was enough for me. We got up & left to find another place.

So, I've been trying out all the diners in ocean view for breakfast over the last few weeks. This place was by far THE WORST. First, we were greeted by a gang of flies. I had a 2 yr old with me but wasn't offered a high chair. When we got to the booth, there were ants crawling on the seat. Other patrons with small children were immediately offered high chairs. The menues were tattered and stained with coffee. The waitress talked at us in passing, never really giving us full attention. The food is pricey, about 15% more expensive than the other places in ocean view. But it wasn't anything fancy. I decided in the first few minutes that I would not return and hopefully this bit of info will help others avoid over paying for subpar service but lots of attention from flies and ants!
