Good spot when you need a quick, affordable lunch. I had really high expectations for this place, mostly because they offer tons of my favorite dishes that I can't find elsewhere. We came around noon during the week and although there were a few other patrons, it wasn't overly crowded and it was easy to get a table. You order at the counter, seat yourself and the staff brings your order to the table. Atmosphere is lacking, in my opinion. Definitely not the place to come if you're looking for ambiance in any way.I ordered two items off the menu; the Korean Corn Dog and the Eggplant Sando. Both were tasty and very affordably priced, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get either again.

Prices are way too high for what you get. The food was okay, but this is a place that seems more for the young hipster crowd than some actually hungry. They also ask for a tip, but you have to go up to the counter to order, get your own drinks, condiments, cutlery. The only thing the "server" does is bring you your food and take the order. You also pay before you eat, which is odd for a dine inn experience.

We stopped in for lunch and it was my first time, I ordered the chicken sandwich with the Asian seasoning , my friend got the quesabirra quesadilla , my Sandwich was good , I ordered a side of fries , I couldn’t believe the fries were so plain and not what I expected when I saw my receipt they charged 6$ for a side of fries…… they were t anything special . For the excessive price on sides I think I’ll pass on trying the corn dog. Great location, the food wasn’t bad. And service was good, the bathroom smelled so bad

This place was amazing & CLEAN!! During a seven day stay, we ate there four times. Every dish we tried was SUPERB! Often, we wanted to repeat dishes we already had, because they were so delicious & creative. They also keep a large vat of ice water out where you can refill it yourself. I find myself dreaming of this place on a regular basis and wish it was near my home.

As the theme suggests, you get a taste from all over. This place is in Ocean View Norfolk and there is parking. Once you enter, you have to take the menu at the door and order at the counter. Seating can be a challenge depending on when you go. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

This place is SO good. The food is absolutely mouth watering, the atmosphere is cozy, the employees are always nice and welcoming. I can’t say about about the food. There are several options for different cultural food and it’s all just delicious! The only thing that is a little disappointing is the Bao Buns they have on the menu online, they’re my favorite! However they often don’t have them in the restaurant. I’ve been several times when they weren’t available which is kind of irritating, most times I go there specifically for them. However other than that, everything is amazing. Def check them out!

My husband and I tried this place today for the first time. We just moved to OV in August so we are trying to find great places to eat. Man did we find one!!! I had the Quesabirria and wow was it amazing! The flavors were outstanding!! My husband had the smash tacos and those were awesome too! I was so impressed! We will definitely be back!

Omg. The best food that I have had since I moved here! The menu is so cool with a nice immersion of American, Asian, Middle Eastern and Mexican and everything is delicious. That Korean hot dog is insane!!! The beef bulgogi burrito is a burst of flavors! Dessert is fantastic. This place should be selling out every day. Incredible. I love that it's counter service. Just go in grab a menu and place your order which makes it easy for larger parties. I definitely will be back.

I read many good reviews about this place and I really wanted to try a new place. Everything seemed really good from the menu. I ordered the fried eggplant sandwich with churro donuts. The fried eggplant sandwich was exactly its name. The eggplant was really fried and a huge portion. I was also expecting 2 churro donuts, but they sent me what looked like churro bites. There are other menu items that I would like to ty so I will definitely order from them again

Totally amazing, service, food and drinks. Great fun and attentive staff, excellent fast and courteous service with a good range of drinks for a small place.

The food was great, I came back a second time. The servers were friendly and helpful. My only issue is having a 4% "customer service fee" added to the bill: just add it to the price of food. It was pointed out after, a small sign saying the addition of the fee of not paying cash, which I indeed paid in cash. The owner came to ask if there was anything he could do to make it right and did seem sincere.

This is a first for me. I have never stepped foot in this restaurant. I don't care. 10's across the board. Because y'all, the food. THE FOOD. I've personally ordered door dash five times. My partner (in crime) has picked up our dinners, lunches, late night snacks, and "oooo I want that place" cravings ten times over. Fire. Every. Time. Is it healthy? Not particularly. But it is freaking delicious, well executed, well balanced, and worth every penny. Quesabirria? Korean corn dog? All of the menu's burgers? Katsu sandwich? Elote? French fries? Bulgogi? KIDS BEEF TACOS FOR $5?!?!?!? Guess what. FIRE. Fire is modern slang for really really good, by the way. My crime partner says the restaurant is "dive-y, not dirty" but I'll update this review when I actually go there. Also? The food takes about 6-9 minutes to make, which is great when I'm hungry and grumpy and waiting at home. I'll end this review with an ode to their Philly cheese steak. Meat is tender and delicious, the onions are perfect, the cheese is melty and best of all??!!??!! The ratio of those ingredients is. spot. on. I ask to have it in a wrap rather than the bread because I want all that meat and cheese in my mouth as fast as possible. I have no notes. Go. Go to here.

Hole in the wall, mix of Mediterranean/latin/Middle Eastern food. It all sounds good and is decent for what it is, the portions are SUPER small with no sides for the price you pay. Example a literal Korean corn dog will run you 10 bucks and depends on who's on the grill it will be charred. The charm is there but, you'll definitely hit up your local fast food after leaving..

Picked up a to-go order and my food was ready to go even though I had placed it less than 15 minutes before I picked up.Small location and there were a few people inside during the lunch hour. Surprisingly, my fries stayed crisp although condensation had built up in the bag. I though that the chicken for my sandwich was over fried or maybe the oil needed to be changed? Overall, I understand the concept for the restaurant and they’re successful at it but I still prefer the authentic cuisine from said cultures offered at AWOG.
