I’ve enjoyed lunch here before. It’s ridiculously delicious. The sandwiches are HUGE, creative, and made with the highest quality ingredients. Tonight after a horrible experience at “fancy” restaurant, we left before eating. We came here to try dinner. It was delicious. It feels like you are dining in someone’s home. The chef was feeling festive so we could hear him singing in the kitchen, the staff was friendly, and attentive. We were given samples of other dishes while we waited for our food. Now we know that dinner is just was amazing as lunch. We will be back!

Great location! This was a 3 minute walk from the Scope. Our party of 4 was seated with no wait at 5 on a Saturday, which was unexpected and appreciated. By the time we left the space was filling up, so get there early.

The quality of all the food we tried was fantastic. Portions were LARGE. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mini cannoli shells were crispy and light and perfect.

Minor criticisms: in the menu it stated the Norfoccacia sandwich would have red onion on it, but it came with chunky white onion- thinly sliced red onion would've been way better. Also the tomato pieces on it were huge- it was like 2 halves of a roma tomato and I needed to take them off to cut them into smaller slices before eating. I'm not sure what happened there, because the tomatoes on my husband's sandwich were sliced normally 🤷

All in all, we look forward to coming back and trying other sandwiches, and getting focaccia to go!

Devo sognare e tornare in Italia! (I must be dreaming and gone back to Italy!) Italian is the name of the game! The Focaccia is delicious! The staff is AWESOME! My tastebuds are on cloud 9! If you have a hunger for Italian food this is where you need to be!

Went looking for food before a comedy show, and found this gem. Owner was extremely friendly and made us genuinely feel welcome. Food, service, coziness, and just good energy. Quality like this, is hard to find. We Will be returning and continue doing what you're doing 100/10

I can't tell you how the food was, we walked in and the woman behind the counter asked if we had a reservation, (their website has no reservation option or information and Google states they don't take reservations) I said we didn't have one. She said, well you need one for evening dining and that it's stated on their website. I asked if we could wait and she said no and then I asked if we could make a to go order and she replied with, It'll be at least 20 to 30 minutes. Sadly, I was very excited to try this place, but due to her attitude and misinformation, they won't get my business.

Came in during the Hot Cocoa Wars this past month. Food was superb and so delicious! The customer service was also the best. Hands down, will come back and visit again.

There are no words to describe this place. From the moment you walk in it has such a cozy and heart warming vibe. The owners are a super sweet and laid back couple perfectly paired together to create this heavenly food for the soul. She makes the foccacia bread which is an absolute must to try. It is perfectly warm and soft on the top with an amazing crispy bottom crust. He makes the pasta which is homemade as well and you can absolutely taste the difference and the love that is poured into making this food. Dessert was top tier like everything else. They had a sign that said come in as friends and leave as family and thats exactly how it felt. Truly such a gem of a place. It doesn't matter where you go, I promise you will not find better than here. Thank you for the wonderful experience. ❤️

Talk about a perfect experience. There is a reason why we return. Amazing food, amazing passion by the owner and staff and their passion of family. If you love facaccia you must try this place. Amazing service and food.

Very quaint, little, family owned shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was good and not just deli meat for sandwiches. A lot of Jesus-y type stuff around if you're okay with that. She offered me a cannoli for my daughter in the hospital which was super nice.

Moved to Virginia Beach a few months ago and this is the best food we’ve had in the city so far. A+ sandwich shop. I’m not sure if it’s normal or not, but we got free little pastries and some bread. I will be coming here often.

I am so happy that I discovered this wonderful restaurant. The food is incredible and made with the absolute freshest ingredients they can find. The focaccia is dreamy beyond words. There’s a lot to choose from, so don’t be afraid to just ask!

The food was great and the service as phenomenal! Nikki, our waitress, was fun to chat with and a great server. We got the Mama Mia Mortadella and the Porchhutina (definitely wrong spelling) and it was delicious! If we are back I will definitely be trying that open face focaccia with meatballs!

We tried a dessert that I don’t know the name of, but it was a fried cinnamon ball with chocolate sauce and it was AMMMMMMAZING!
