Not the new one in Berkley, the cashier was rude, unwelcoming and I waited about 20 minutes for some greasy wings, first time, wanted to patronize, the worse greasy wings I have ever had.. will not go there again.. nasty wings, seem old, cooked in old grease

It is halal. They serve really good chicken over rice and beef over rice.

The wings we ordered for a baby shower weren't the best. Very dry, hard to chew. Wasn't happy with my order. I'm just surprised because normally when I do. The food is pretty good

First time coming to this location and I’m disappointed I asked for my wings and fries to be cooked a little longer and I would’ve paid for them to do that too but y’all gave me soggy friends and under cooked wings like you ignored everything I said ! Then of course it was late night so I couldn’t call y’all nor get eat my food I want my money back !

Ordered on DoorDash, ordered 2 10 piece wings, one set of them had no sauce at all, let alone the sauce I ordered, the other set had just one of two sauces I ordered as wasn’t labeled at all, terrible wing

Every time I go in here, the people working always have an attitude, and they’re always rude no matter which one I go to, Norfolk or Portsmouth. And when I went in, the place was dirty with rice on the table and napkins on the floor. Sometimes the food is really delicious. Sometimes it can be cooked a bit much or make my stomach hurt. It’s a shame this place doesn’t take time to improve their service with all the excellent food options they have and their amazing lemonades. :,(

If i could give this place ZERO stars i would. ordered online and for some reason you couldn’t pay card on there. only allowed cash payment AT the store. went there and the guy at the front said they didn’t do online orders? that there isn’t a website? how do you not know if you have a website when you work here. then they said 5 more minutes so we waited. came all the way home and the wings overcooked TERRIBLY. crisp. could barely bite into it. called and let them know my concerns. brought the food back in the box and got there. they told us they were only going to make 5 each of our orders. i onlyate 2 wings and he ate 5. the math isn’t mathing? then continued to argue and said whatever. don’t come here if you want good wings and atleast okay service.

Ordered an 5 piece whole wing through Uber eats. Food came to me burned, greasy, not as I ordered(was given legs and thighs instead), and the worker refused to fix the problem. I recommend going to the tidewater drive location my brothers and sisters.

Very high quality wings here! I’ve visited 4 or 5 times now and these guys are really good at what they do. Also try the mango drink! Yum!!Bonus: they let you order all flats (I do the deboning trick on the flats and they are AWESOME)

My coworkers and I ordered from DoorDash and DoorDash gives you the option to add comments to your order especially if you want more than one sauce on your wing order. We each order 10 wings with 2 sauces to each order. Our order came with only one sauce each but the receipt had the comments written on them specifying that each order is to have 2 sauces. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man who was extremely rude and would not take accountability for HIS mess up. Continued to cut me off and even doubling back on his word after acknowledging that he can see the comments written on the receipt but then saying that’s not what was ordered only one sauce was ordered. He said to call DoorDash for a refund when that’s not what we were calling to do. We just want what we ordered. That worker whoever he is was beyond disgusting with his demeanor. Will never order from there again.

I ordered through Uber eats . I asked for a 10pc tossed in Mumbo sauce with a side of mumbo sauce . When it arrived it had no sauce at all . Just a cup of ranch . I called them directly to see about a refund. The person on the phone said “ next time we’ll give you extra mumbo sauce “ instead of offering an actual solution .

Compared to all of the others this one is ok. I had a call in order that they said would be ready in 10 mins. It took me 20 mins to get there and I still had to wait 15 more mins just to get my order.
