I’m a veteran who just left the restaurant. Most horrific experience ever! The manager Gina was the rudest person I have ever met. After I brought the bad meal to her attention she was very unprofessional and unconcerned so much so that she took the meal off the ticket came back to the table and threw the receipt on the table while saying I took it off then turned and walked away as if I was the one who gave her a bad meal. Never should someone in management represent the company in this manner!

Reliable. I came here after my boyfriend picked me up from the Norfolk airport as we were heading to the OBX in North Carolina. It was quiet but I was glad they were open late and were still serving until midnight. I got a chicken sandwich that was good.

The customer service was horrible, first we were told 5-10 mins , then it went to 30mins , finally seated we ordered only to be told 15mins later they didn’t have wings didn’t have broccoli. Then it was hair in my daughters drink 🤮 by tht point I was over it . Service sucked I will be calling in a complaint in the morning

My family and I have tried twice and had undesirable experiences both times. From long wait times, inappropriate waiter behavior, food not being prepared correctly and other small irritatations, we won't be coming back.
