This place has poor customer service and I’m sorry but if you don’t like the job that you’re at you need to go find you a new job It’s ridiculous that you just try to be polite and order your food but then when you pull up to the window, they throw your fries in the bag instead of placing them in the bag and then when you tell them that your order is wrong, they catch an attitude

I really dont like to leave negative reviews, and this location hasn't done me wrong in the few times I've been here. Cold fries sometimes, no big deal. Cold sandwich. Whatever. It happens. But today... paid for my buffalo chicken sandwich combo. Was told to pull up to the door. Great, im thinking. At least my food will be fresh. Wrong. Waited 5 minutes at the door, got my food, went home (literally 2 minutes away) and my fries were cold. Whatever. Maybe they just needed to make a fresh chicken patty. Absolutely wrong. Not only was my chicken patty not fresh. It was also half the size of the bun. Glorified chicken nugget. I suck it up and decide to bite into it anyway... im hungry.. I've had worse.. the sandwich was overloaded with lettuce, and absolutely saturated in mayo. This didn't seem like just a bad order. This seemed absolutely deliberate. This was highly disrespectful. Why was I pulled to the side? There way no line. What was the reason for this deliberate order sabotage? Im not even risking it again. Ill just go elsewhere from now on.

Omg lol I never seen the smallest wraps taste good. Like mc donald put theirs bigger. This should be call mini wraps. I ate half before I took picture. I dont recommend wraps therr. Maybe something else. Their slow roast beef are great! I was trying to put picture up but. It just didn't let me. I wanted u guys to see the baby miniature wrap

Paid $15 for chicken tenders at Arby’s and got burnt scraps that looked like they survived a house fire. If I wanted charcoal, I’d go to a BBQ. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The wait was much longer than I feel is average. The interior of the restaurant was fine, and the Ruben I ordered was fine.

Ok, so I’d been to a few Arby’s trying to see who would get the mac and cheese right. All the Arby’s in Va Beach were serving up dry noodles and I tried 3 different locations. On my way into Norfolk, I decided to stop by this one. The reviews were bad, but I didn’t have anything to lose… I will say that they got the mac and cheese right. The cheese to noodle ratio was amazing with more cheese than noodle. I can tell they really mixed it before they just plopped it in the container. It was tasty, hot, and creamy and the girl at the window was super sweet. I did have to come back because my beef and cheddar sandwiches didn’t have cheddar 🤣🤣😭 but things happen. They remedied it with no issue. Although I’ve had better sandwiches (the bread was kinda dry), I know where I’ll be getting my mac from when I have the taste for it. 👌🏽 I didn’t get pictures because I devoured it lmao…

Never ordering food from here again. ALL of the food we ordered was cold and inedible. We were missing items from oir order. We even received expired mac and cheese. The atrocious level of customer service is mind-boggling. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now.

We'll never stop there again. We'll never eat there again. I understand it's individually franchised, but you should not be charging people to use the restroom. That's disgusting, especially when somebody has bladder cancer. And they need to use the restroom immediately. I had to buy a iced tea before I was allowed to use the restroom. Totally disgusting, and I hope the owner that owns this franchise sees this...
