Listen.... Sometimes they are good but when they are bad they're really bad. Today was one of them nights. Started with giving me unsweet tea... Then playing around my food was completely unacceptable. I understand you can't always wear gloves when working with food but come on now. Then when I got my sandwiches they all had 1 slice of turkey on them. I asked for a refund because no. I order the same sandwich everyday and never had to send it back because of this issue.

The food is always hot!! I visit at least once a week!! Wish I had learned to cook when I was younger!!
Not a bad place to eat. The interior has not been updated since the 1980s, and they play 80s music. This sort of makes you feel that stepped back in time here. The music brings back junior high/high school memories from the 80s.

DO NOT EAT HERE! First they were out of curly fries and sweet tea. Eh, okay I’ll get over it. Then I got home and the au jus in the cup barely covered the bottom. Empty. The iced tea tasted days old. Then here comes the best part. I took the lid off my Rootbeer and saw something floating. I looked closer and my drink had 4 ants floating around and 2 stuck to the lid underneath. I am disgusted. Will NEVER go back. I’m calling the health department in the morning.

I am an Uber driver and I waited for almost 20 minutes. Waiting any longer felt really pointless, they didn’t pay attention and went to the back to chat
I placed a delivery order through Uber eats and when it got here the bag was sealed and taped and it was missing a sandwich. I called and spoke with someone and they told me I had to complain to Uber eats because that's who I place the order through. But they are the ones that bagged up the items and sealed the bag with the missing sandwich not in it. The Uber driver does not bag and seal the items Arby's does. So this guy that works there tells me that it's not their fault when it is so clearly their fault when they didn't put the item in the bag and sealed it. I mean how stupid can you be? Talk about laying the blame on somebody else for your own screw-ups

Love the gyros. Today I tried the loaded Italian hoagie, it was good, I like their gyros better. And you can never go wrong with a beef and cheddar. They have the meat's 😋

Decided to give Arby's a try yesterday. After standing in the empty lobby for over five minutes without being acknowledged I walked out. They seemed to only care about the Door Dash orders. To completely ignore a customer is ridiculous. I took my money next door to Cookout.
