Arby's food always hits nice when you go there, yk? The employees were friendly and happily refilled my drink 4 times. Lol The restaurant itself was in bad need of a mopping in the lobby. The floor was quite sticky and visibly dirty, like it had been sticky for quite a while. We might have gone right after a rush. Anyway, the food outshined the floor situation. Would go again.

Personally, I just recently started getting into Arby's, however this might have been the worst one that I've ever been to. Nobody acknowledged me standing for at least 5 minutes until I said something first. Then they told me that my mobile order was not ready yet. So I proceeded to go to the car and wait another, maybe 10-15 minutes. When I walked back in there was a tall skinny Caucasian manager who I spoke with to get an update on my order. When I spoke to him he was very dismissive and he told me that somebody had already picked up my order. He told me there was nothing he could do about it and I need to take it up with the Arby's app. I was very upset. I had waited about damn near 30 minutes at this point. Never got the food.
