We stopped in at the Norfolk Biscuit Belly for brunch today! The staff are super friendly and the comfort food enjoyable! We met Andrew & his co worker outside on our way in and asked for their recommendations, they both said the CHICK 'N DITCH THE WAFFLE & THE ROCKWELL plus recommend the home fries! We decided to order all 3 and they were yummy! Hubs actually got the Rockwell supreme which includes an egg and bacon, a must! We also had a strawberry mimosa and tequila sunrise which were good. We signed up for the Belly Bucks rewards program and look forward to the free Bonuts on our next visit. I hope what we spent today gets added to our rewards balance!

Absolute adore this spot! I went yesterday for the fourth time and yep…it’s safe to say I am Hooked. The biscuits normally are perfect but one day I came and they were slightly dry. But that hasn’t repeated since! The jam is phenomenal and the sauces to go with your sandwiches are so yummy and unique. I also loved the mocha, the boards and the omelets. Granted, the omelets are more like eggs with all the stuff you expect inside to be on top Of it, but it actually works and is quite wonderful to see all the fresh ingredients on top of your eggs. The drinks are phenomenal as well. The food is always great and the staff are so kind. Everything is seasoned well, but not over seasoned. I deal with a sensitivity to salt sometimes and this place keeps me sane. I could add more salt but that’s just personal preference because in reality, everything has had the ideal amount of salt needed. I appreciate how the barista understands exactly what I meant by a double shot of espresso with a splash of milk. Perfect. I will not stop going here until I run out of money. lol the staff make you feel so welcomed as well. Very diverse staff and that alone made me feel wonderful. Thank you for consistently providing exceptional food and service.

I had the eggs and cheese biscuit. I was very impressed by the homemade taste of the biscuit ! You can actually see the kitchen where they make them while you are queuing. The price is reasonable for the quality (7$) with a drink . The ambiance is pretty relaxed but cool at the same time with plenty of space.

Look, if you haven’t tried Biscuit Belly yet, you’re playing yourself. Not only is everything that I’ve tried on the menu fantastic, but the service is super quick along with an open, very aesthetically pleasing environment inside the spot. The Fire In Your Belly Sandwich is DELICIOUS. Do yourself a favor and come check it out next time you’re in this side of Norfolk.

First time here and loved it! I haven't had fried green tomatoes since I was a kid and they didn't disappoint. Clean, comfortable and pleasing atmosphere to enjoy a varied menu where you can also enjoy alcoholic beverages with your meal. I highly recommend biscuit belly and will definitely be back.

In an ocean of brunch joints there can be but one king.
Norfolk is a town with ten restaurants for every one retail store and nearly two thirds of them seem to be brunch focused. It can seem impossible to stand out in that crowd yet somehow biscuit belly makes it look easy.
The atmosphere is cosy and vibrant, the service is convenient and quick, and the flavors are superb.
Serving up quality meats, gorgeous biscuits, pristine eggs, and devilish cocktails, you'll be sure to leave thoroughly satisfied.

i got the rockwell supreme with a side of tots and bonuts (free reward when you sign up for their rewards program). the pics are after 20-30 mins in the car on the way home. easily reheated in their containers (not plastic).
the sandwich was great. cant really go wrong with chicken, egg, bacon, and gravy. i dont think the gravy tasted canned but i cant tell if it’s homemade either. if you order ahead, i recommend getting gravy on the side so it doesnt sit and get soggy. you can also choose how you want your egg cooked. biscuit was very good too. looked like they gave 1.5-2 pieces of bacon.
bonuts are also very good, just fried dough covered in cinnamon sugar i believe. i got it with cream cheese frosting, very tasty.
and the side tots. it’s cheese and sausage. you only get four for a side but the sandwich is so filling, you really dont need more. if you want more, you can order them as a side on their own rather than with the sandwich. it came with a sauce i didnt try because im not a condiment lover.
came out to $18.79 after tax and before tip. you get napkins and plasticware. theres also plenty of parking in that area. they have parking on the street and a sizable shared parking lot with all the new businesses in that area. parking is always a huge worry for me when it isn’t expressly stated anywhere, and especially as you get closer to downtown, so im glad that was easy. i went in and up to the counter (theres a sign that tells you where to pick up), told them my name, and got my order.
seemed to be plenty of indoor seating and they also had a bit of a line.
it’s great. it’s expensive enough to only get every now and then in my opinion but i would recommend. will have to try the alcoholic drinks and/or coffee next time.

It's a catering place, more like a cafeteria where you select your items. The quantity of food was pretty small too. I guess it's for college students/younger crowd who are edgy and níche. The crowd was a mixture of golden corale/angsty teens.
Overall, it's just a run-of-the-mill large chain eatery with modern -American architecture. You know the one with pipes on the ceiling and bright colors.
