I live in Florida and I recently got a chance to visit BLYSS Ice Cream & Dessert on a recent trip to Norfolk. First of all, when you step into the store it is decorated beautifully. We were soo impressed with the variety of flavors they offer. I tried the strawberry cheesecake sundae and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The prices are also reasonable and the staff is super friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!đ

3 scoop sundae for $15? Itâs a complete rip off. Mediocre ice cream, you can go to baskin Robbinâs and get a real brownie sundae, three times the size for 11$ that taste better. These so called toppings are brownie pieces smaller than my pinkie nail, and a tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Kids single scoop is 6$. Completely overpriced in every way possible. I went in there with my dad looking to get some ice cream, and I chose to take my business elsewhere because it would have been the price of dinner to get three desserts. Also, it was 95 degrees in the building, and not a single person in sight.

LOVE LOVE LOVE â¤ď¸ walking in the decor is absolutely beautiful. The staff is always so pleasant and the owner Bria was so helpful when picking a flavor of ice cream to get since the selection was all so delicious. If you havenât been to Blyss I recommend you do !!!

What a hidden gem! This little ice cream cafĂŠ is absolutely charming â tucked away, but definitely worth finding. They offer eight different flavors and create many delicious sundaes and combinations from them. We were three people and tried three different scoops â each one was creamy, natural, and truly tasty. You can really tell itâs genuine milk ice cream, not artificial or watered down. On top of that, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Absolutely a 10/10!

The price menu was nowhere near the ice cream counterâso imagine our shock when a tiny, single scoop in a cone rang up as over nine dollars with tax. I honestly thought it was a mistake. It felt like we were duped. The way they tucked that price list out of sight? Itâs hard not to see that as intentional. What shouldâve been a simple treat turned into pure buyerâs remorse.
