We usually get fresh, hot food from this establishment but today Sunday March 16th, we spent over $51 and received old, dried out , overcooked food. The bo rounds were old and burnt. The chicken was old and dried out. The biscuits were hard. The only thing that was worth eating was the dirty rice and potatoes. Now if I spend that much money to eat out, I expect hot food.

I ordered a 4 piece and 3 piece meal. They gave me 3 tinders in each. The chicken and fries were alright but the biscuit was dry and not very good.

I paid $100 for two boxes of chicken and waited over half an hour. If I was paid $100 to do a job I'd jump through my a$$ to make it happen. The staff were slow, lazy and incompetent.

Lastly, my STARY soda tasted FLAT like cheap sparkling water.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the BOJANGLES experience that I know well being a PROFESSIONAL DRIVER often eating at other locations at LOVES ❤️, that have BOJANGLES attached to them.
Truly disappointing experience today.
Of course, some owner 🙄 will apologize with does nothing for us at all.
I really wish these establishments only hired people who are TRULY DEDICATED to doing a GOOD JOB.
Of course, those people need to be PAID WELL, and TREATED WELL.

I just left this Bojangles at 8:20am 12/2024, I went through the drive through. My food was horrible. I ordered the breakfast combo #2. My biscuit was hard, bacon was like rubber and the last egg tasted old, and the potato rounds was old an cooked in old grease. They gave me food from yesterday. Not only that my cup of sweet tea lid was not all the way on, and it spilled all in the car. The breakfast and service was terrible. I just wasted $10.98. I couldn't take it back, because I was at work once I noticed. You need new staff and management in this store. 😒
