Usually whatever you order is Hot and fresh.I usually order ham, cheese and eggs biscuits, or chicken biscuit. My family order the fried chicken snack or dinner and have not been disappointed. Very Good Ice tea and Lemonade- sometimes a little too sweet.Service is fast and friendly. Always ask if we need certain condiments..Parking: Depending on your time of visit.. busy at lunchtime with delivery trucks,etc . . But that's expected.

Went there for lunch & had their new chicken rice bowls and they were amazing. For a reasonable price as well. Couldn’t leave Bojangles without purchasing their famous and delicious Boberry Biscuits, which are always a special treat for dessert.

02/20/2024 well it has been 7 years since I visited this restaurant, my first visit was Thursday the 15th around 1030am and it went great. Food was good. Atmosphere was good. People were great and then I went in early on the morning of the 20th and the person that was clearly in charge of the store that day was extremely loud. She was aggressive in my opinion towards the associate's and even reprimanded them to where we could hear them over the many children that I had in my party. I heard her tell them that they would not behave that way towards her or they would not be on her shift the entire time I was there. The only thing I could hear was her screaming. The food was good and I told her that when I left I did not tell her that her behavior was something that should have been worked on. I would not want to be under her charge.,...............Order wrong! No reciept! BoRounds cooked in old grease and thus were greasy.Failed to assist when complaint was made.

The place has its good days and it's a bad days it's just never consistent with the Chicken that's what hurts the most not inderstanding why never been in the inside always go through the drive through the drive through customer service the men go and sometimes a female you know they can be you know have great customer service but yes sometimes they're the rudest People you ever met

This store is hit and miss with food quality and service. We never leave the drive thru without double checking our food. They never want to offer larger bags or drink carriers and get upset when we ask for either. The drive thru is 50/50 on whether thr person will be impatient or unwelcoming with ordering.

I guess I hate myself. I don't know why I punish myself by buying food from this place.I ordered a simple combo yet the staff made me feel like I was a hassle, i cannot comprehend how they got so much oil to stay in the chicken, which I think must have been a new recipe for chicken jerky or something, or may be they accidently fried up a rubber chicken. I had no idea the yard bird could be so chewy.And if I mess up and visit this place again, the half old, cold, soggy/ half somewhat fresh bo rounds trick ain't gonna go over too well, just sayin.Place is revolting
