I am soo impressed with the quality of the chicken so flavorful I got korean bbq & soy garlic . It was delivery n I live in Chesapeake but was still hot . The size of the wings are almost as big as the drumstick!

So I was so excited to try this restaurant I ordered it on Grub Hub...Driver gets 5 stars he was on time so that's not the problem...I ordered a 6 piece and Korean street corn..For 17 bucks my chicken should have definitely been fresh..It's been sitting and wasn't even hot at all...Or even close to being hot(again my driver was very prompt with my order) The street corn and Cole slaw cups weren't even filled..I had no utensils or dipping sauce..(that was definitely on my order) I'm greedy and for this expensive food to be meh is ridiculous...It shouldn't matter if I eat at the restaurant, do pickup or delivery...My food shouldn't be this blah...Something in my hungry soul told me to just hit up Jollibees...Because Jollibees is top tier..I've never gotten old chicken..Always fresh Always good Always demure..Do better Bonchon ??

The chicken was cold as if it had been microwaved, and the cheese wasn't even melted, but the rice was the most delicious. The table was also sticky so it wasn't easy to eat.

Came in on Tuesday afternoon with my mom normally. I understand if it’s only one server their hands are full but that falls back on the business. It’s no reason we have to wait 20/30 minutes to put in drink orders, constantly repeat them and we’re sitting at the bar. Better communication and customer service from the guy that was working today for sure.
They were overwhelmed. It took forever to get food.

the BEST customer service, korean barbeque, and fried doughnuts i have ever had. 10/10 must visit. The business owner really CARES about the customer. He loves what he does and clearly wants to be there serving his patrons. He recommended the soy garlic drumsticks and it did NOT disappoint. You have to go to this place.

My daughter and I had a wonderful visit over the weekend. The double fry on the wings gives such an amazing crunch. I liked the soy garlic and my daughter liked the Korean BBQ sauce. I also got a bibimbop which was super tasty. Great service too. It was a really friendly atmosphere and I loved the music playlist.
