The food here is really good and the service is a little odd but they are friendly and efficient. Wasnât sure if you were supposed to have a seat or order at the kiosk. In our case we were told to have a seat.

The food was expensive while the amount is small and tasted very mid.
When I asked for hot water, they directly served BOIL WATER and it burned my lip. I asked about the boil water and they responded by saying âyou asked for hot water and thatâs what you get.â Very rude and disrespectful.

Ordered takeout and the staff were very friendly. The wings were good but half of them barely had sauce on them. The fried rice was overcooked and meh& the veggie dumplings/potstickers were also meh in flavor and too mushy on the inside. I also ordered the Korean corn, which was nothin special. Very disappointed after a couple good reviews I'd heard and for the $70 that this chicken, rice, and corn cost me. I may go back for the chicken but I wouldn't risk buying anything else from there for those prices.

They gave me the wrong order đI was there on Monday the 24th. I wanted the 8 piece boneless lunch special and ordered that but somehow, someway they gave me some spicy wings and drumsticks. I hate spicy food. I donât know how they confused my order because even on the kitchen ticket it said a 8 piece boneless soy garlic, but it is also partially my fault since I just took my food and ran out without checking and I was not about to make that drive back. I will definitely be checking it right in front of them next time & every time, if I decide to come back. The one in Virginia Beach is looking better and better each time they get something wrong here at the Norfolk location.

ordered takeout, and the chicken was flavorful but could be crispier and crunchier. also, i ordered a side of pickled radish but the container was barely filled and it tasted like water. that needs some work!
This location is so unprofessional, after a hour of me waiting on my food online they cancelled my order saying they were out of the chicken, then when I called to see why it took a whole hour for them to cancel the phone is off the hook can even get thru to anyone. Now itâs gonna take DoorDash 5 days to process my refund and Iâm sick so I canât leave out the house. So inconsiderate of peoples situation

They nailed it! They were quick and service was good even though I was there for a pick-up order. Parking is a bit of a challenge but thatâs not on them. Food is nice and hot, the same quality we love and patronize.
