I ordered 2 of the new SpongeBob meal, with a side of fries and a whopper with xtra mayo on the side, first the cashier on drive thru was rude talking loudly and made us wait 5 mins before ordering”I’m not taking anymore orders” then once we pulled up the manager was nasty when I showed her my code for my points, then they sold us our meals with regular Hersey pies at full price which should’ve been discounted considering it didn’t come with the meal…once we leave the extra fries I ordered was missing and they’re was no mayo on the whopper when I ordered XTRA…FIRE MANAGEMENT , FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM AT THIS LOCATION…CUSTOMER SERVICE/SERVICE IS AWFUL

I came through the drive thru this am and at the speaker I got the rudest order taker ever.Every question I asked I was no.. no.. no just rude as hell. Her name was Yvette.. and she should definitely be in the back with food and not dealing with customers. RUDE AND NASTY WORDT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Dirty restaurant in from our of town going on a cruise people work this morning did not know what order went were kept asking us what we order and still got the wrong food and guy with the long black hair to his ass is very on professional
The staff is nice , they're very hard workers there. This visit was for me being a Dasher but it's also the closest to my home so I come in now and then on my own and I like both versions of the Whopper (meat and Impossible) so I like having this BK close to home.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been too the service is horrible food was cold and had to come back twice because they gave me the wrong order
The people that work here are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life, I’m told to talk to the manager via their phone number give them my name due to them messing my order up. Was given a box of eaten chicken fires, the wrong sides, and a sandwich with bag already opened when it comes sealed through online order. These people should be an ashamed of them selves, I have a family to feed and they are going to the extreme by not even answering there phone. Horrible manager!

The staff is nice , they're very hard workers there. This visit was for me being a Dasher but it's also the closest to my home so I come in now and then on my own and I like both versions of the Whopper (meat and Impossible) so I like having this BK close to home.
