We doing lunch time really fast out of Burger Kings I go too. So fast i was thinking that my sandwich wiuld be cold and fries. Check the bag before I left Wow sandwich was hot made pretty and fries hot salt just right. Shout to the young guy at the window he was so cool and customer service was great told him grt few dollars in change.

I 1st went to the drive-thru. I was left waiting for about 7 to 10 minutes, without being able to pull to the window, and then was sent my way with no straws or the cheeseburger for my child's happy meal. Called back about this and was hung up on...smh.Yall have to do better. No customer should have to return especially after they have had to wait.

I was at the tidewater Burger Kings drive thru. The person with the orange hair told me to back up to the yellow pole! Don’t understand the reason. Maybe to not be in view of the window. Whatever the reason is I assumed that person did something to my food. Don’t worry I didn’t eat it. I threw it away. FYI I was polite during the whole ordering.
