First of all, this place doesn't really have no good lighting at night, and the drive-thru person is very rude and they make you wait in drive thru for like 12 mins for ur food then when you get ur food it all messy up and cold

My grandfather went there today for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich combo and he had the absolute worst experience in his whole life . He couldn't even bite through the bread ,seems like it was left over night almost chipped his tooth off . do not waste your money 0/10 experience skip this place when hungry .

Good for when you crave BK, but the service is always terrible.
Guess I have to find another burger King. Been going here for a while for my son. Food was always on point never a complaint until now. $15 dollars for one meal and my fries should never look like this. I thought they dropped everything fresh while your waiting at the window that's why ur there so long..I guess not

This location is trifling and ghetto. They literally gave me my food, a whopper, and a fry with bald up napkins in the bag with my food. I didn’t notice it until I took the fries out of the bag after eating one then I realize they had balled up napkins in my bag, so I went up there and asked for fresh fries and of course they act like they had a problem with that when the fries clearly has been sitting there the whole time and got cold. I should have known something was funny about this location when I was the only one in the restaurant and the workers is just lingering around walking around like they don’t even wanna work even when the guy run my food up. I use my app which had a double whopper and small fry for $8.99 yet he still rung me up for $18 and something then in the back had to come fix it so maybe they did this to me because I didn’t overpay for my food like they like they wanted me to. It seems like this location Is used to bullying people and overcharging them. This is my first and last time ever eating at this ghetto trifling Burger King location because this clearly didn’t make no sense and I feel like throwing up right now

Got a #8 bacon and Swiss but really got a school cafeteria chicken sandwich with no bacon or Swiss on top of the sandwich and, tasting like it was 2 days old. The lettuce and tomatoes were terrible. They didn't forget the mayo at least. The drink machine was out of ice and they were out of just about every drink including sweet tea. The people that were eating inside looked like they were all homeless and they were spending their panhandled money there, then again I paid $14 for my combo so I doubt they were homeless. Terrible management and never going back.

The initial appearance needs a lot of improvement. At first glance, you would think that the business is closed. First impressions mean a lot.
The coffee was cold that was served and there were no ketchup packets or dispenser for condiment of ketchup. The counter lady was nice to take the order but was not concerned about the above issues. Luckily, I walked over to Wawa for a hot coffee before I left the area.

Trifling! Sent me terrible food! The rodeo burgers they put raw onions on, no onion rings, and the Jr Chicken sandwichs I paid extra for cheese and they didn't put on either burgers! I'm a human beginning, you don't treat an animal like this! They know what they did and sent out! It's ok, cuz they will get KARMA back! One thing about KARMA, it doesn't take months, years or decades to come back like it use too, it hits back so fast now, that can't help but know it's bad luck back!

Drive thru. The lady was rude and told me not to hollar. I'm hard of hearing and talk a little loud, but I was not hollering Served me rancid tea. Told the lady it tasted funny. She said, "Is it not sweet enough?" Bum in parking lot begging for food. Bum inside digging thru trash. The second time this week, I received the wrong order. Put tomatoes on bacon king. I'm allergic to raw tomatoes. Sticky floors. Both orders (seperate days) had no bacon, no cheese. Very nasty place to eat. Deserves a visit from the health department. Took all food back and got a refund. The manager was apologetic, but it was too late to make up for it. You can't play me to eat here ever again.
