On December 17, 2025 at 11:20 at night. I got the best Burger King in my life. It was hot and fresh so good and the Customer service was amazing and they did it. Perfect they even waited for me to go get money at Navy Federal. They kept the grill open whoever that night shift staff is I wanna say thank you because me and my husband ate that food up, thank you thank you and thank you. That was the best food ever and we will be back.

Every time I visit, I have to wait almost 5 minutes before my order is taken. Today we left, it is supposed to be fast foods. On the occasions when we received our food it has been pretty good. I want to know why it takes so long. Do better.

No just no ! Do not waste your time . After we ordered we sat in line for more than 10 mins . The two cars in front of us moved through, one pulled up to wait even longer for their food. When we did get to the window they had lost our order so we just left.

I was greeted as soon as I came in! š The cashier gave me time to get myself together didn't rush me and made sure my food was dropped fresh and also separated the order in bags for me .. he didn't show any signs of an unhappy worker!! I asked his name...Marcus he says....well great job Marcus! Friendly smile... Happy service and hot and fresh food! Keep up the good work Marcus!! You rule!!

I stopped by this morning for breakfast at this Burger King. Iāve ordered two breakfast sandwiches and I was shocked when one of my sandwichās protein was ice cold like it came from the back of the refrigerator straight to my sandwich. I took it to the counter and complained. The person said they would remake the sandwich and I felt bad having to remake the entire food so I was like could you just have them make the protein again and put it in a sandwich thing and give it to me? The person behind the counter had the bright idea of grabbing a napkin, not washing their hands, but just grabbing a napkin in the sink go ahead, hand me yours and Iāll take it back there for them to heat upā¦ā¦
Do they not train food safety anymore? That was one of the stupidest things Iāve ever seen anybody in the food and beverage industry ever attempt to do.
You are so lucky Iām not a health inspector

Very rude very unprofessional customer service when we call there to tell them concerning one of our workers last night came through the drive-thru they hung the phone up on September 30th 2025 food was cold we want to address the matter and they fail to comply today when we call on October 1st 2025
The girl at the cash register handed over the customer's order to me without covering her mouth. This is not a working style.

Young man in the drive thru said to my husband and I āain no more orderingā after only one order was placed horrible service unacceptable and unnecessary rebuttals he then lied and said the lobby was fully and clearly their wasnāt anybody in the lobby the whole establishment was unprofessional

Unprofessional. I came to eat as a customer and Iāve been a dasher here. Always unprofessional. Ordered chicken wraps with no sauce and they didnāt know I was in the restaurant they made a comment ā no sauce on the chicken wraps they should of ordered something else ā thatās like saying order something other than nuggets because they donāt want sauce with them. Will be calling higher up. Places need to be held responsible. We spend our money here to eat and thatās how they get paid. Always a LONG wait as well. You could say I wonāt be back here or the location on Baker Rd again.
Add on: we get our food and the worker comes running over saying she thinks she gave us the wrong sandwhich. She rips open our mobile order bag and continues to put her hands in our food with our fries right there.
