Epic fail from beginning to end. I entered this location with the purpose of ordering from the app and paying at the counter. No one was at the counter, but I clearly heard people talking in the back. I looked through to the kitchen area and one of the crew members and I made eye contact. She attempted to take my order, but it came up as the regular price and not the discounted amount on the app. She tried to explain to me that the app does not always give the discount, just points. I decided that I did not want the order, but the crew member told me to hold on and will be right back. She then proceeded to take drive-thru orders. Is there now a trend in fast food that drive-thru customers receive priority service? Apparently at this location. She never came back so I left. I'll conclude this review by saying Burger King, do better. I worked a Burger King while I was in college at a time where we put customers first regardless of in-person or drive-thru status. It's not a wonder is to why you are losing the burger war.

Manager Prescious is awful I don’t see how she still has any employees the way she yells at them, lines are always long, food is cold, always one person running front counter, packing food and doing drive thru sad business she’s running

"How is yooze be like standin' der' and not no know not dat I'ze be callin' yo' oder? Yo! Dis man is soooooo stooped, yo! He don't not know how we be talkin' English, yo!" Yes. This is what you can expect to experience in this particular Burger King in Norfork, Virginia. If you are unfamiliar with black ebonics, the workers here will call you "stooped"

On Wednesday, February 7th around 12:30/1p, the drive through was quick with my order of a Whopper Jr duo and onion rings. I drove off with my order, opened the bag and the onion rings were a little cooler than room temperature. There wasn’t one warm onion ring in the bag. BUT- that’s not my biggest complaint. Apparently Burger King sends pre cooked burgers to each location to be heated up and served upon order. My two burger patties were STRAIGHT OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR! They weren’t anywhere near a grill or cooktop before being served, As a matter of fact, I’m Not 100% sure they weren’t still thawing they were that cold. Being that I was on the road, I couldn’t return and instead threw them away. Ridiculous! That stop was a one and done..

OMG! I just stopped at this location and not only was the cheese tots cold on the inside but while I was making my order I wanted Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries; the cashier told me that they had none. I told her that it was on the board, she said she knew but only cooperate could remove it. I then asked her why they stopped selling them, she said, “I don’t know, I only work here’” then someone busted out laughing in the back ground. When I approached the window, I told the cashier that they need to be professional and as workers, they should be knowledgeable about the products they sell. She gave so many excuses while still dismissing the fact that I was telling her that she should be knowledgeably about their products. (Cashier, black girl with dreads, ID # 496046). I had to walk into the store after I took the first bite because the tots were dreadfully cold on the inside. I will never return to this place. They need customer service training!

Food was cold and French toast stick were soggy and greasy I should’ve checked the bag ,was rushing to work but people spend their money and they want fresh food and hash browns were cold also and they take the phone off the hook early so you can’t reach them but I will be calling corporate!
