Probably the worst location I've been to. Won't take app orders. Won't get your order right. So. Slow. Imagine the sloths in zootopia. Would drive to any other location or just go get cook out or rally right next to it

Won’t listen at the intercom I don’t know if the guy is just high or what and is rude. Didn’t get half of my order so I went back and same thing so I popped into reverse and left. But apparently a large root beer is a large sweet tea and a large dr p is a medium and don’t forget the main sandwich and fries that needed to go with the rest of the drinks

I am not sure who is doing the hiring and what managers are allowing their employees to come to working looking and acting the way they do. I drive up to the drive thru window and the first thing I hear is the employee in a personal call, on speaker phone talking loudly. Didn't acknowledge me, just carried on with her call. She had on a blue velvet bonnet, a black tshirt that was lifted up showing her stomach. Hwr manager walked iver, handed her my food and walked away. Why would she allow this? The employee opened the window, told me total, I handed her my card, she passed out the food and card and didn't say a word to me. All while still on her call. This is not a good look. Very ghetto and unprofessional.

Caught an Uber there on my day off. Wanted to just sit and eat what I was going to order. Got there the lobby was closed. Guess it was the man that said he didn't have any employees working or something like that so he couldn't open the lobby. I was disappointed and I had to go somewhere else to eat. I called up there for a month since then and some guy will always say that the lobby is closed.I don't understand why they don't have enough employees to run a business.
