Even though it’s a fast food restaurant, I like coming here! Everyone is always kind and friendly, orders are always on time and if for whatever reason it’s a little delay they always communicate everything. Amazing service!

This is the best Burger King in Norfolk!!! I never have any complaints when I come here! (Except one time they forgot a sandwich in my bag, but they fixed it right away) everytime I order through drive-thru, the customer service is 5/5. Keep it up!! I’ll always return 😊
Food is decently made. Staff is the issue always attitudes especially if you order inside.

I love coming to this burger King. My order is right, the staff are the most friendly people I've ever met in a fast food restaurant (and i work in fast food too lol), and when you ask for something they never give you any push back or attitude. Like Napkins or ketchup or if you needed something remade it is always a yes how much do you need, or an I'm so sorry about that let us make it right. Even when im delivering food they are always nice! Thats so rare normally we get ignored and pushed to the back of lines. Honestly all of the other fast food establishments around here could learn a thing or 2 from this place. There are 3 specific drive thru employees that stand out to me and I'd give them credit here if I remembered their names. (Side note burger King I'm gonna need you to upgrade your syrup please 😂)

Been coming here for prob 20 yrs or more . Today when I ordered lunch I was told no water cups for water , I have to pay for a soda ! Last time I will ever eat here . Also long wait to get a burger
