I go to the same BK in Norfolk and usually order the original chicken sandwich.The past 3 times I've gone there, I get home open sandwich and there is wilted/brown lettuce on the sandwich.Tonight 3/20, I specifically stated that the lettuce was wilted/brown the last few times SO I'm assuming that the person preparing the sandwich should have checked if the lettuce is fresh or not. Would they want to eat wilted/brown lettuce?...No they would not so don't give it to your customers.That's totally unacceptable & I'm extremely disappointed!! I go to BK because I love it but, I'm done now.

I had the breakfast sandwich with coffee from the app and the coffee was cold and disgusting. I called the manager Lisa and she was no help. The only thing she could tell me is that the coffee should only be out for an hour than a fresh pot of coffee is in it's place. The breakfast sandwich was great though. This BK is in need of better management.

Went in for breakfast tables dirty and cold sausage croissants drink station half of items were empty no napkins just very poor management here.
We had the best experience when we went there the other night, I have never endured such awesome service, even though I was at a burger king, I felt like I was at a five-star restaurant, the order taker went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, he brought us our tray, I would have done so, but over all, it was fantastic, you would never get that at a McDonalds.

The food was fresh and the service was amazing. I've never encountered such friendly fast food employees here in Virginia. The restaurant was clean. The manager named Denise and the employee named Sha'ron make all the difference when coming to establishments like this. They make me want to go to this location only. They really made my day and they both deserve a raise.

Mrs. Denise and ANYBODY working on her shift ALWAYS has the most amazing and positive attitudes. The food is always fresh and you leave there feeling happy and positive! I did only give 4 stars for food because it is a hit or miss sometimes when she is not there but 98% of the time it is hot, fresh, made to order and as requested! I live directly in the middle of 2 BKs and this is my forever go to one! Thanks to all the employees there keep killing people with kindness and laughter! We need this type of positivity all throughout ocean view! They can turn a bad day a bit better just by the greeting and customer service!
