I swear if I could give zero stars then I would! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT! There is a 90% chance that the food is made wrong! Some people have to order on the app because of time constraints. It really upsets me when I get back to work and my food is made wrong. How had is it to read a screen? I will be speaking with management because this is a regular occurrence!

Please Navy exchange get rid of them, they don't accept cash. Not a true reasturant. Just shut it down and get a mcdonalds are reasturant that can accept cash.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to order original chicken sandwich with oreo shake and cashier gives attitude and states at start of lunch hour we ant doing no more original chicken sandwiches today. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Don't Recommend or want to return.

Went there at 930 in the morning due to staff not showing up the manager said they were close. Just get rid of this place and replace with another burger joint. They dont have any employees.

I shouldn't have to go to the counter twice for someone to just not put mayo on my burger. It wasn't even as bust as a normal restaurant. Cashier was nice. Person handing out the food was nice. Just frustrating, didn't even want it afterward.

Food cold..girl up front didnt listen to me. She sat and tapped on screen for 3 mins then said whst number did you want. I was like it not a number, i would like the spicy melt combo. Then she rung me up for just the sandwich. I corrected her, she had an attitude when i did. After she took my order order she was on the front line on her phone. From what i can see on cleaniness the front was in bad shape with fries and sauce cups up there. Never coming to this location again off of my first experience here.

This place sold me a quad burger with the wrong meat and the wrong bread. The way they made my burger was the same as that of a quad burger, but the meat was small and the bread, too. I didn't notice this when I ate it, but when I saw another customer's burger and saw the difference in size as I was leaving, I was disappointed, and the realization that I had been ripped off by this establishment... Also, prior to ordering my burgers, I stood by the counter for 10m with no other customers standing by before I could make my order. Horrible service. I'm never eating in this place again. The lady at the counter wasn't polite or friendly at all. After I got my meal, I thanked her, and she ignored me. Horrible service. I hope they close!

Surreal

Easily the worst service in the Norfolk NEX. Every other restaurant serves customers 3-5x faster during lunch time. I think the person working the register feel asleep twice while taking my order. The manager even came out looked at the line waiting to order and went back in the office.
