I almost never write reviews. However, I just ordered the shrimp and chicken meal with onion rings and green beans. Delicious. Onion rings are some of the best I have ever had. Fried Shrimp cooked perfectly, and delicious. Fried chicken breast was great with crispy skin. I will be back.

Great place. Only reason I didn't rate it five stars is because they didn't have macaroni and cheese or potato salad. They also didn't have catfish, which I was looking forward to eating.

Customer service is excellent. First time coming in..Aside from the customer service the fried chicken, green beans, and the Mac&Cheese so on point. Fresh, juicy and simply delish. Very well priced. Will be back . . Guess I gotta join a gym now. New fav spot.

I have been going here since they opened. The fried chicken is the best in Norfolk. The country sides include green beans, cornbread, collards, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and others. The collards have a good bit of meat in them. I usually get a two piece dark meat special which comes with two sides. This is my go to place for fried chicken.

Went for the chicken. Had all white three piece combo, strips, greens, coleslaw, cornbread, and onion rings. Five onion rings came with the strips. The hit sauce and honey mustard were tasty. The three peices of chicken were VERY over cooked. The collards and cornbread were okay. The strips were very crispy but not very flavorful. Boyfriend said it was in the five worst fried chickens he has had. Maybe it was because it was a holiday weekend. We were the inly people there at dinner time on Saturday. Menu prices haven't been updated, but they do tell you that.

Absolutely amazing food. Loved the chicken and fish fry. The rice was amazing. Most importantly, the chicken was Halal. We went on a vacation to Virginia and found this place. If you're in the area and if you're looking for Halal food, this place is absolutely recommended.

Clean tasting chicken and a clean dining room. No drama and very casual. I wholely recommend eating here instead of getting it doordashed. Doordash will make any food taste lousy

We ordered dinner of Fried Chicken, Fried Shrimp with sides and chocolate chips cookies. The food was ready as scheduled and everyone really enjoyed our dinners.

This place was so good. I've been looking for some good fried chicken and this is it. There catfish and shrimp are amazing to. There green are good which is a biggie for me because I don't eat carbs and it won't break the bank. If you have not tried it do yourself a favor and try it.
