Cal'z Pizza, Subs & Wings Five Points

This has to be the worst sub I've ever purchased had me on phone trying to decide if they can make it then I get home and it didn't have what I ordered will never go there and I'm going to put them on the military don't shop there eating out of a trash can is 5star to this location at 5 points.

I'll go with the good first. I've been a FAITHFUL customer for over 20 years. Whenever I want wings, I'm going here first. Hands down they have the BEST traditional wings on the Southside. I only get the regular wings, so I can't attest for the other flavors. They also have average subs. The pizza is definitely NOT my go to, nor is it in my top 10. The cheese is too thick and it just doesn't measure up to any of the other pizza places around. The calzone is pretty decent. I highly recommend the wings!

Ordering was super easy on Calz website, delivery was super fast, food was hot and fresh upon arrival. One item was missing but had a pretty big order but a simple call to the store and the item was delivered within 15mins. Great customer service from phone to door. Great job!! Will continue to support this locally owned and operated pizzeria.

Never spend a dollar here these guys messed my order up I called them to explain this and they were completely rude said they weren’t gonna do shit about it to come talk to them in person

The guy at the counter was awesome. They take up all of the good parking spots with Calz and employee vehicles which is totally inconsiderate for customers. Pizza was good.

Years ago this was my go to location. I've since moved out of state. When I arrived in VA my first stop was Calz at 5 points. I got my wings and proceeded to my hotel room. When I opened the bags I was highly disappointed. I asked for ak is 20/10 piece well done suicide wings and 10 piece well done mild. What I got was soggy with a small amount of sauce on all my wings. I spent over $50 tasteless and soggy wings. I'll definitely be getting my money back from my credit card company. The wings were disgusting 🤢

50 minutes late on my delivery and the best the guy could give me is “sorry bout that.”

not wasting my money at this place again.

edit: i made the mistake of ordering food from here again yesterday. waited almost an hour for delivery just for the driver to only bring HALF my order. he tried playing it off like it was the other delivery person’s fault…to his credit though, the driver was apologetic. i had to wait almost another hour for the other half of my order (my kids’ food) and when i called the store to complain, the manager offered me a “free 2 liter” to “compensate.”

never buying pizza from this place again.
