The most underrated seafood restaurant there is... came in not knowing what kind of experience to expect and the results where just insanely good. The food was crisp and fried to the correct degree, along with the service being incredibly helpful--combined with amazing quality seats and even plastic plates makes this a full-on 5 Star Review.

The food and service was great. However, it was 92 degrees outside and the AC in the restaurant was turned off. C'mon Captain D's. You can do better. Your employees shouldn't be forced to work in unsafe conditions because you're cheap. I won't be back.

After all the mess disappoint I had at different location I came to try this one not only did they have what I wanted but service was so much better ill drive 20 mins extra to come to this location than go back to other one

At the 21st street Captain D’s, I went through the drive thru, ordered a 2pc fish and fries. It typically comes with 2 pieces of fish, hush puppies and fries. I get home to a piece of bread laying in my plate. I called the restaurant and asked why there was a particular reason, I got a piece of bread instead of hush puppies. The guy on the phone said they were out and that he was sorry lol. I said you guys failed to mention that at the time I placed my order and don’t you think that would’ve been helpful to know prior to placing an order. The young man never offered anything to help with being inconvenienced of my meal. I will never order another meal at this lousy establishment. I wish I could give zero stars. Please do better.

I didn't have a long wait time and always enjoyed the music while I wait for my orders. It would've been a better experience if the waiter/cashier would smile a little because when people have that serious look we as customers don't know how to take their attitude and that makes the customers wonder should we hold a conversation or not!

Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. Been going @ 7 years @ 3×a year. I always go drive-thru, but it is SLOW, and no employee has ever been FRIENDLY at all! No smiles, no thank you, no have a great day....and honestly great service would probably make me come back more often!

Nice advertising of oysters but when I decided to try them no luck... I guess it's just like McDonald's Icecream machine. I went on a Friday night @8:30 pm drive thru, no line but the attendant was so quick "we out of oysters". False advertisement or maybe the employees did not feel like accepting orders. Disappointed ?
It’s currently 8:27 and I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 8:04 and was told to come to the drive thru window when I knew what I wanted and then got my food at 8:30 I could’ve at least been giving an wait time

0 stars !! Disgusting. Didn’t have corn, or proper size cups. Gave me a child cup when I ordered a medium. Food is disgusting. Workers don’t wear hairnets. Girl was wearing red weave and shedding hair everywhere. Fries burnt. WORST PLACE EVER NEVER COMING BACK.

I can't say the food is any good, we never saw an employee. I'm confident that I could've walked behind the counter, and taken the money out of the register, and left without anyone noticing.

I use to love going here not anymore the service has changed just paid 40 dollars for fish just for my order to be wrong and the fish are very tiny not even the same size like they use to be it's like they're slicing them in half very disappointed
