I recently visited Captain D's after a long time, and I couldn't be more impressed! I placed a large order and wasn’t familiar with the menu, but Ebony was an absolute gem. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her customer service was outstanding—she truly deserves a raise! The food was delicious as well, hot and fresh. Overall, I highly recommend this location. Exceptional service and great food all...

Food is great. I love Captain D’s. However the app is not very good. The offers of free 5 piece shrimp isn’t free and the store is rude when you ask about the app saying they have nothing to do with the app. Sorry but that’s not an answer when I’m able to place an order in the app.

Food is very good. I love their Supreme (fish is very tasty, chicken is tender, shrimp is tasty overall is fantastic. Their food is great. However the staff is kinda horrible in halfway. They think everyone were familiar of their menu and dont want to rely the info again. It sucks.
