It's definitely one of the better and more consistent locations in the area. The store is clean. The cook was actually wearing gloves to make the food.

We love Chanellos at five points. We recently moved near the one on Hampton Blvd.

The Hampton Blvd location is definitely not worth the money. First we ordered the $40 family deal. We received cinnamon bites without cinnamon. We also didn’t receive icing for them.

We decided to give them a second chance and order something different. Unfortunately we were unsatisfied with the results. We received cheese sticks with a few sprinkles of cheese, some if which was unmelted. We received wings that looked like they had been boiled with a light drizzle of buffalo sauce. The kicker was the cinnamon bites. When I opened them they had a hint of garlic. I was so confused! I took a bite of it and it was a garlic knot with lightly sprinkled sugar. It was absolutely disgusting. And to top it off they forgot the icing again.

Hello, I want to make sure that I'm getting a refund for my order I put in. This interaction and experience with you guys turned sour real fast. At 4pm, I ordered a small cheese pizza, pepsi and a cookie just to wait two hours and not even get it. I did refuse the order after talking to your manager or supervisor on duty around 5:30pm - 6:00pm on Sep 10 2024 and he was so argumentative and negative I definitely didn't want that energy in or around my food. So I didn't get the order. Please refund me.

As of right now my account is showing that I was charged twice of 24.71. I will screenshot it and save it.

So I ordered online and notice there was a well done and lightly done option. So my thought process was lightly done bc I did not want a crispy pizza. I forgot to order wings so I called the store and the guy was kind of rude but I added the wings to the order. And he asked me if I wanted everything lightly cooked I said yes, he said that costumers complained that it was too lightly cooked. And I asked him “well it’s cooked right?” And he said yes. So I saw no problem. So I get the pizza and bread twists. The bread twists were so raw I thought they were cheesy twists or something. And the pizza was also doughy. So if you want a normal cooked pizza from here I guess you need to tell them to burn it ! Bc it was so raw. Remove the light option from the menu. Pizza should be cooked through PERIOD

Ordered a small pizza and a pan cookie online but only received the cookie. How are you gonna be a pizzeria and manage to leave out the pizza? Y'all even included the extra sauce I ordered but no pizza to dip it in. I'm honestly just flabbergasted. Save your money and time, go elsewhere.

The place is not very inviting. There was no chairs to sit and wait. The specials were rattled off really quickly by the staff and not all match the specials on the menu or written on the whiteboard
