Just ordered the large $14 Italian Stallion. OMG!...Thank you Chanellos on 13th Bay OV 11/7. AMAZING! Great dang pizza!

My family gets pizza here about once a month. We love their pizza. When I went to pick up the pizza tonight, I locked myself out of the car. The staff was overly generous with their desire to help me out, and make sure that I was comfortable in their store while I waited for someone to come assist me. I was so moved at their kindness. Highly recommend this pizza place! Not only great pizza, but great people work here. Can’t beat it!

Fast, hot, great toppings options, and the chewiest garlic knots in the world! The pizza crust was soft and chewy with a nice crunch. 10/10 would recommend, will be going back for sure!

We stopped in for a quick lunch to eat there with our toddler. The food was delicious! We tried the hot honey pepperoni pizza, which had three types of pepperoni!! We also got the waffle fries which were well seasoned, and two can Pepsis which were cold and crisp! The customer service was great. The man who greeted us was kind and welcoming. We were lucky that the one table was available for us to sit there and eat our food there. I guess it’s more of a delivery type of place. The place has a nostalgic feel with the old school arcade games. I personally would rate it 10/10. They have Halloween decor out too, so it was a nice experience on this fall feeling type of day!

I frequent this location very often and I have always been happy with the service, food quality and affordability. As a pizza lover, I'm glad to have a place so close to me that always satisfies me and my friends.

Popped in for a quick lunch and not sure why this place got such brutal reviews. Was helped by Avonlea who was incredibly helpful. She took my order and made the pizza and was pretty much holding down the shop all hy herself. Tried out the new fiesta pizza which was fantastic. Food was better than most other Chanellos in the area. A 10 and would come back.

Pizza was phenomenal. Definitely recommend take out or delivery because it's fairly dirty in the seating area. Also, watch out for broken chairs! But overall the service was great and the food was amazing!

I was visiting the area with my family. Called to have a carry out. The person was upset that I called and hung up. This is not a professional business and should be investigated. Go elsewhere or be taken a fool of. Im embarrassed for family.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUISNESS !!

I had problems ordering online through the website but the lady who took my order on the phone was lovely. The delivery driver was quick and so friendly, the food was good and hot. We were pleased and would order from here again.

Great pizza and great service.

Pizza is fine. It's decent and a slight step up from larger pizza take-out brands. You'd be hard pressed to tell the difference. What is for sure though is that they struggle to cut pizza. This has been proven a few times when we've ordered delivery from them. If you order from here, they apparently do not have sharp pizza cutters or the person cutting it lacks the talent to cut through the pizza crust. With that being said, if you order here, enjoy tearing your pizza apart as all of your toppings slide onto the box.
