120 minutes for a pizza. As a richmonder, I'm used to shitty chanellos, but a 2 hour wait brings it to another level. I could have gone out, made my own dough, bought wal mart cheese, and bought food lion peps while I've been waiting for this pizza and could have made two. Unreal.

Got a brownie, pics on menu look nice and thick. I got a paper thin brownie, edges burnt and middle not cooked (more like a paste). Also got a pizza, hand tossed, flopped around and fell apart. First time here, last time as well. Quality vs Quantity. Hope you guys push to do better.

I got a half pepperoni half cheese with the chinado's dipping sauce and the garlic dipping sauce. Phenomenal delicious cooked to perfection. Not too floppy not too crispy. Not too cheesy it wasn't burnt. Excellent. Excellent. I haven't been to chanello's in a couple of years and but this was amazing. Better than Pizza Hut a thousand times better than any. Papa John's

I was a regular here while I lived nearby for 2 years. I had pretty good experiences picking up orders, however there was one night where I believe a manager was taking calls/orders and I asked for a half cheese, half jalapeno and pepperoni pizza and they managed to make it incorrectly 3 times in that night. Had to drive back and forth before they offered me a plain cheese pizza to go with the incorrectly made jalapeno/pepperoni pizza. At the end they had corrected the situation and then some by offering me a free pizza. Staff is always friendly, but maybe not the most knowledgeable.

Ordered online for the first time and received a pizza that wasn’t even cooked properly, two pieces were mainly dough. How can they hand this over to a customer. I’m not very impressed, my family will look elsewhere.
Terrible service, will never buy from this location! Stopped in for carry out, doors still locked 10 minutes after opening time, while employee is standing out back smoking and playing on his phone. I came in through unlocked side door. After waiting for a few minutes, employee finally came in and told me he had 8 other pizzas to make before mine ( only customer in store ) and that I could wait 20-30 minutes for him to make those pizzas after he finishes his cigarette, then he’d make mine. He just wanted to finish his cigarette first!

I called multiple times to get corporate information and she said she was going to call the police if I call again
