Chanello's Pizza #9 Five Points

I ordered a cheese burger pizza, the pizza was dry. Where was the sauce?

Service was great and workers were kind and friendly. Pizza was pretty good. I'm just disappointed because I came all the way from South Carolina and all I wanted was chanellos with their signature sauce, just to find out they changed the ingredients ??‍♀️?. The sauce is (was) amazing and made chanellos what it is, in my opinion. I was soooo disappointed.

Im very happy I tried this place despite the reviews. After PizzaHut allowing a DoorDasher to steal my $50 order, Domino's taking 1+ hour no matter the time or day, I was craving a pizza and found this place. I ordered online, and didn't even get the time to snap a photo of the pizza because I ate it so quickly. It was so good! The ingredients tasted like actual food, not freezer burnt chicken cubes, and the delivery was about 20 minutes faster than predicted. My delivery guy was so kind too!! I ordered on a Thursday night so I'm not sure if it was that quick just because they might not have been busy, or if this is the standard but either way I was impressed. They dont use door dash or any other 3rd party delivery service so I dont have to worry about someone stealing my food. Will be my go to!!

I ordered pizza and wings from the Chanello’s in Norfolk, Virginia, the people were great. The food was great, and the customer service was very friendly.

I’m new to the area and I was craving a late night pizza, they definitely helped with that. I ordered on DoorDash around 10pm and though I can’t attest to the service or atmosphere I’d like to assume it was pleasant. My driver didn’t have too much of a wait and was able to communicate that wait to me.Their pizza was so good! Looking forward to having it again in the future.

Was just driving by, honestly not usually my first choice, BUT everyone was nice, but not that fake nice lol and I can honestly say they made me the absolute best Italian sub I think I've ever had! Actually making me want another just writing this lol ? bread was on point too! Will for sure b eating there again!

I went to get 2 Caesar salad all I got was a bowl of lettuce and four pieces of chicken in the wrong salad dressing and it was disgusting

We love their pizza. This location is just not great at all. Always one problem or another. Service a lot of the time is terrible. If they would change out staff. And make sure to be consistent it would be great.
