Chanello's Pizza #9 Five Points

Ordered pizza tonight and paid for delivery only for the store to pass it off to door dash . I don’t order from that platform for a reason . Next time I’ll just go pick it up myself lesson learned

Place is the best. Super nice employees, food is always the amazing. Most friendly staff youll find anywhere, and super unexpected to find people that friendly at 11-midnight

I come here about 3 times a week lately. They're open late, which is great for me since I work till 11pm, and I've never had anything from here I didn't like. On top of that, every time I order, my food is ready in 10 minutes or less.

Very disorganized and unprofessional

Yikes. Not that hard to make 1 pizza and 1 sub sandwich. While the employees themselves were friendly, the amount of time spent waiting for food ordered 10 minutes prior to my arrival is ridiculous. I’m not sure if the staff is “all there”. Management should look into the authority that oversees how things get done after midnight. I’m still here for an order of pizza,cinnamon knots and 1 sub sandwich. It’s now been 35 minutes smh.

Horrible customer service. They delivered to the wrong person and drove off with my order the delivery driver (William) didn't confirm the person. Why I called to report they said it wasn't their fault. I don't recommend this place.

I ordered a cheese burger pizza, the pizza was dry. Where was the sauce?

Service was great and workers were kind and friendly. Pizza was pretty good. I'm just disappointed because I came all the way from South Carolina and all I wanted was chanellos with their signature sauce, just to find out they changed the ingredients ??‍♀️?. The sauce is (was) amazing and made chanellos what it is, in my opinion. I was soooo disappointed.

Im very happy I tried this place despite the reviews. After PizzaHut allowing a DoorDasher to steal my $50 order, Domino's taking 1+ hour no matter the time or day, I was craving a pizza and found this place. I ordered online, and didn't even get the time to snap a photo of the pizza because I ate it so quickly. It was so good! The ingredients tasted like actual food, not freezer burnt chicken cubes, and the delivery was about 20 minutes faster than predicted. My delivery guy was so kind too!! I ordered on a Thursday night so I'm not sure if it was that quick just because they might not have been busy, or if this is the standard but either way I was impressed. They dont use door dash or any other 3rd party delivery service so I dont have to worry about someone stealing my food. Will be my go to!!
