So let's please take a moment to drool over Chef Joseph's Two Piece Flounder & Fries.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered a flounder sandwich. Service was quick and personable. Flounder was cooked perfectly and crispy. Chef recommended his personal hot sauce which is amazing! Flavorful with just enough spiciness. Bread was toasted and buttered. One of the best flounder sandwiches I’ve had. Will be back to try other menu options!

I had the two flounder filets and fries combo. Fish was perfectly seasoned and super fresh. Crinkle cut fries were also seasoned well. Everything was fried to perfection - not dripping grease or dry like some places. Absolutely fantastic food and friendly staff. Highly encourage folks to have food here if they like good southern style fried seafood. I will definitely eat here again.

Have seen this place on social media and forgot about it came to the outlets to get a pretzel but something said check out the food court instead. And I’m so glad I did. Chef was friendly, informative and full of love and energy. He stood on the value of his food and I understand why. The salt and pepper catfish and fries was just what I needed. You could taste the love in each bite. His hot sauce is perfection. Next time you are at the outlets give them a try.

My full review didn’t post yesterday so I had to come make sure the full review was posted.
Yesterday me and my man and our friend came to the outlets for the Cirque de Paris event. We stopped by Chef Joseph’s and we were all pleasantly surprised. The man at the counter, who I assume was Chef Joseph himself, was so helpful and kind. He did not steer me wrong on my fried catfish. I have eaten a LOT of fried catfish and that was honestly right up there with some of the best I’ve had. The young man you had makin food yesterday did a wonderful job. The guys both had the double kick burgers and they said they were great.
You never know about them food court places but this is really good food. No joke. We will be back!

I really wanted to like it but the crab cake really needs to be seasoned better. The crab tasted fresh but was really bland.

If you're at the outlet (Norfolk Premium)
Give this place a shot.
Wife had the #1 Chefs platinum and I had the 2 Crab cakes, 5 shrimp & fries.

Everything was on point.
Crab cakes were absolutely delicious. Crew was great as well.
Recommend it!

The food was fresh and delicious. I had the wings....great flavor and crispy... just the way I like it. My mom had the whiting, shrimp, and crabcakes. She said it was delicious. Oh and the signature hot sauce...very flavorful.

Got the double kick burger and it was super tasty. Absolutely housed the burger while my sons hot dog was still cooling down

Food was not good. The fish is very small, almost rubbery. The butterfly shrimp is frozen. Not what I was expecting but I hope this won't deter others from trying.

I'm sure everything is good here, great story on the wall about it's founder. Great food highly recommend. Park at the very end of the outlet mall and go to the food court!

The food was fresh and received at a reasonable time for it being cooked to order. The seasonings are amazing and the fried flounder is the best I’ve had since being in Virginia. The fried chicken is delicious and juicy. I’ll definitely be back!
